Kiahuna is a beachfront resort in sunny Poipu Beach. Our condo, located in Building 11, is the perfect spot for a family trip or a romantic getaway.

-Beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and cooler - available in unit for guests to share
-The Beach Hut has chairs and towels available to guests in addition to snorkeling gear, surf boards, etc. for rent. Surf lessons can be booked through them
-Kiahuna has an amazing "great lawn" for those that prefer lounging on the grass versus the sand
-Pack and play available through Outrigger ($25.00 delivery fee plus tax paid to Outrigger)

We had a great stay here! Check in at the front desk was easy and quick. The grounds of the property are beautiful and it is a super quick walk to the beach. The AC was great for keeping cool during the day, but we also enjoyed opening the shutters at night to feel the breeze. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our trip, including all the kitchen tools and beach gear. We appreciated the styling of the decor as well.

The condo was absolutely perfect and exactly as described! Great location for beaches, sunsets and lots of food choices. Owner was easy to get ahold of and always replied in a timely manner. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Garden & Aviary delight

We've stayed at Kiahuna Plantation several times in the past. This upgraded unit was, by far, the nicest we've experienced. Ground floor, relatively quiet and convenient access to everything Poipu has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I loved staying at this property. It was so nice and updated. Everything was clean, the location was convenient and the amenities were nice, too. Super close to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. The host was extremely helpful and made everything easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Overall Experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property in Kiahuna Plantation. It is a beautiful condo that is clean and walks out to a beautiful greenspace. The beach at the property was amazing also and the 5 minute walk was enjoyable through the green space. Owner/manager was helpful & communicative, check-in and out were great and employees super friendly & helpful. Lots of restaurants & shopping within walking distance and so many fun activities on the island. We will definitely be back as it is our new favorite spot!

Paradise

Everything you could ever want in a vacation condo! We loved walking to the beach each morning through lush gardens. The fitness club and pool amenities were top notch! We had a fully stocked kitchenware/utensils for cooking. The a/c unit was awesome! The owner & management company were helpful and ideal. This unit was just remodeled and they spared no expense! It was an amazing stay. We felt safe and secure. Amazing service and facility and location at the resort as well as on the island. The unit had cable tv and the owner let us use their boogie boards! We will stay here again!

Convenient Location, Beautiful Condo.

The pictures perfectly encapsulate what this condo looks like. It's beautifully decorated, with a gorgeous garden view, and ample parking. There are A/C units in the bedroom and living area that keep things very comfortable. We did open up windows in the main area overnight when the temps cooled. We took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella, which are a must. It's a quick drive to Poipu Beach or you can walk to three other beach access points, either right on or beside the property. It should be noted that lots of families stay at this resort, so be prepared for some noise.

Amazing stay and great hospitality

The condo was an amazing stay. Spacious for my fiancé and I with convenient short walk to shops, beaches, on site laundry, restaurants. Beach supplies in unit and beach towels you pick up from the plantation beach hut. Coffee and plenty of kitchen supplies. Corner unit adds some privacy. Deena's hospitality is amazing. We arrived to a handwritten letter and a small treat since we were celebrating our engagement. She truly takes time to make sure you enjoy your stay and goes out of her way to provide recommendations and make sure you are well taken care of. Wish we stayed longer and hope to return soon!

Updated condo - perfect size & location!

We loved this condo. It was on the corner by the Marriott (which is where my sister and fam were staying). We could walk there, to the beach, to the shops...everywhere. The a/c was great! Added bonus was the proximity to the laundry. Even though it's a private condo it's similar to hotel service. Would def go back again!

Amazing Vacation!

We had an absolutely incredible stay. The condo was clean, updated and really nicely laid out! We also LOVED the dual mini spit AC, one in the living room AND one in the bedroom. We both slept better than we ever have in Hawaii because we were comfortable AND cool. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and having the corner ground unit made for an extra quiet and private space. Also, the host Deena was really incredible, super communicative and gave some great local recommendations! If we ever come back to Kauai we'd 100% stay here again.

Kiahuna Plantation Condo

Excellent property! Great, central access for everything one would want to do while visiting Kauai. Check in was easy - warm welcome from Outrigger and the condo owner. Always had quick communication with the property owner. Condo was just as described and very nice. Clean, tidy, and all the beach extras were great (chairs, cooler, boogie boards, and umbrella). Had everything we needed stocked and ready for use in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Good beach attached to condo grounds with shopping and dining within walking or driving distance. Lots of local beaches within a few minutes of driving. Close to old Koloa and all of the shops and eateries. Would stay here again!

Amazing stay in Poipu

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this modern, bright and clean end unit condo. The location is ideal. A short walk across the beautifully maintained grounds of Kiahuna Plantation brings you to a lovely beach area. We were also walking distance to Poipu Beach, a shopping mall with restaurants and the Poipu Beach Club where we could enjoy the pool. Deena was a wonderful host. She responded quickly to all of our questions and checked to make sure everything was satisfactory during our stay. It was very obvious that she wanted us to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed exploring the island during the daytime and looked forward to returning to the condo to catch a sunset on the beach. We cannot wait to return to Poipu and would definitely stay in this lovely condo again. Mahalo, Deena.

Wonderful vacation condo

My partner and I stayed here for over a week and very much enjoyed it. It was clean, updated kitchen, had air-con and felt safe on the premises. It was a few minutes walk to a few different beach options. We particularly appreciated the new kitchen appliances and dishwasher, there was a coffee maker but not a kettle. A wonderful blender for smoothies etc. There was a pull out sofa bed just in case and complimentary beach boards, toys, food cooler and a few other things. Occasionally it was very obvious that there were people upstairs as we could clearly hear them walking around, and there are a style of shutter on the windows that are great for air flow but also allows quite a bit of sound in so ear plugs may be needed at times for sleeping. There is a complimentary open air gym across the road from the Kiahuna Plantation property where the condo was. You will also need to buy your own cooking oil and spices as they are not provided by the management. There is a small cafe next to the gym that the host introduced us to that has lovely coffee and acai bowls. Thank you for the wonderful communication and welcome to your property!

Loved staying here! Unit was beautifully remodeled (we’ve stayed in many that haven’t been!) which we appreciated. Air conditioning was great but because we were in an end unit there was a nice breeze. Hosts were so responsive!

Amazing!

We can't wait to stay here again. Loved the unit, great location on the property, used the BBQ on-site and the beach gear provided by the owner. Super thoughtful owner as well, can't recommend it enough.
