Third floor unit, decorated with a soft tropical touch. Adjacent to Prince Kuhio Park, with good ocean views, it's a walk across the street to the ocean for snorkeling and surfing. Good view of ocean with turtles and seasonal whales. Nicely landscaped with koi pond, on-site laundry facility, and swimming pool.

Lovely location and beautiful view in both sides of the apartment. We loved that all accommodations were provided for guests. Looking forward to going back. Older guests should know there is no elevator at the complex.

Had an amazing trip. Our host contacted us and we were able to check in early. The condo was very clean and comfortable. By just opening the windows and door to the lanai, the ocean breezes kept us cool the entire time. Thanks again!

It was awesome!

The property is in the perfect location. I could walk to the shopping centers nearby, the beach, or the beach house for dinner. The place is a great size for 1 or 2 people with a gorgeous sun room. I would totally recommend booking this place.

Great location and clean condo!

Our stay at Prince Kuhio 301 was so great. The condo was clean, there were dishes and silverware and everything needed for cooking. The lanai had a nice view of the ocean across the street and we could leave the sliding door open for a nice breeze all day long. I would most certainly stay here again!

Perfectly placed

We chose this location while in the South shore area of Kauai mainly because of its location. It’s perfectly placed centrally to many of the attractions on this side of the island. There is a quiet little park next door, additional covered parking next door and a nice little beach across the street.Jack was super accommodating and prompt to answer any questions we had, and the place was very clean.

Beautiful Kauai Home

We had an amazing time in this beautiful condo during our stay in Kauai!Jack the owner was quick to respond to questions we had about the check in! We loved ending each of our nights in the seasonal room with the patio door open watching and listening to the sounds of the ocean. The condo was very clean and included everything we needed for our days at the beach (towels, cooler, beach chairs). Fantastic location, would recommend this condo and would definitely book it again when we come back to Kauai! Mahalo!

It felt like Kauai

The vibe of Kauai, the ocean, the sand and the surf (and the roosters) blended right into this wonderfully condo. The view from the comfy sitting area was amazing - bringing the outdoors right inside with us. The condo was fitted with great furnishings and everything one would need for a comfy stay. I would return for another stay any chance I could. It exceeded my expectations. It felt like a Kauaiian home

Great spot to explore south shore Kauai

We enjoyed the condo. It’s just across the road from the ocean and baby beach is just a walk away. The kitchen had what we needed to make quick meals or heat things up. The only thing that I didn’t like was the road noise at night. Jack communicated very well.

Good Middle Location for Kauai stay

Nice location with beach access and a pool. Half mile walk up the street to multiple restaurant options. Great view of sunset from beach right across the street. Gives you a good launching point for hikes up the West side or East side of the island.
