THIS CONDO HAS THE MOST STUNNING OCEAN & COVE VIEWS, BARRING NONE!!! THE WAVES CRASH RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE PATIO INTO THE MAGNIFICENT COVE BELOW. The occasional spray is the cherry on the top. The unit is fully air-conditioned.

The living and dining rooms at Poipu Shores 306A are oceanfront, right on top of the crashing waves. A large TV, full stereo, quality speakers, DVD player, and sliding doors that open to the splendid oceanfront lanai. Dine in the gracious dining room or enjoy "al fresco" on the lanai's comfortable tropitone furniture to the sound of the waves, and views of the Cove below, the world-famous Poipu Beach, gorgeous Pacific sunsets, and turtles and whales (in season).

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight. Prepare meals while savoring views of crashing waves and abundant sea life. The property also boasts of conveniently located gas barbeque grills.

The master bedroom is 25 feet from the pillow to the waves! Complete with walk-in shower, private dressing area, and air-conditioning. High-quality linens and the most comfortable king mattress combine for many restful, tropical slumbers.

The second master suite features a king bed and opens to a beautiful tropical view. You will awaken in paradise to colorful birds and tropical landscapes. Combine that with the soothing sounds of the Pacific and you may never want to return home.

The views were amazing. If you like to listen to waves crashing against the rocks this place is for you. It was so beautiful. The grounds are well kept and everyone was very friendly. Sampada was quick to respond to any questions I had. We cook in a lot and we had everything we needed to do so. Highly recommend!

Idyllic location, right on the water, loved the sound of crashing ocean waves and almost daily whale and turtle sighting from the lanai. Check-in process was super easy and the condo pictures matched exactly those on line. Condo was roomy and clean with a fully stocked kitchen and in unit washer dryer which were very much appreciated. Owner was very responsive to our one need and facilitated solving the problem very quickly! The complex pool was well maintained and in a great location- could see lots of turtles. The walk to Brennecke beach was short and offered lots of option. Boogie boarding, sand play and green grass for lounging. We loved this condo and its location and hope to stay again on our next visit to Kauai.

Great location, great (and truly) MOST STUNNING oceanfront view. I'd give Sampada 6 stars for being a great host, and very responsive when needed, which was minimal due to superior preparation for staying in their gorgeous home. Great location to explore all of Kauai end to end and don't miss out visiting the small town of Koloa. It's easy to miss with all of the other amenities in the area.

Family vacation

The property was great. The location is amazing, walking distance from beaches and turtles and restaurants. Short drive to good shopping and more restaurants. The view of the ocean was gorgeous we spent hours on the balcony watching the ocean crash on the shore! We would highly recommend this as a place to stay in south end Poipu, Kauai.

Nice condo, spectacular views

The views from our lanai and the pool deck were so amazing that it made it hard to leave the resort. Lots of turtles, plenty of dolphins, and a monk seal right out front in the surf as it crashed against the jagged rocky coastline. We bought food and ate in the condo most of the time to enjoy the mesmerizing views. Oh, the condo was nice too with plenty of amenities with the two bedrooms and bathrooms plus the washer and dryer in the unit. We look forward to staying here again.

The place has stunning views! I deducted a star because the host was not responsive to us. I asked the host if there were any options for a late check-out and no response. The app showed she read my message but she never responded. I inquired 24 hours before check-out so she had plenty of time to reply back. I understand that maybe she forgot to respond. And even a "I'm sorry, we can't accommodate a late check-out" would have been fine. We were just curious if late check-out was an option and/or how much it would cost because we had an 8:45pm flight home. My biggest frustration was that the cleaner showed up at 9:50am when check-out was 10am! We had already started moving our luggage out and I was starting a load of towels before we left to help the cleaner out. REALLY annoying having the cleaner there before check-out time. Made me feel rushed. Other than than, the location is pretty. Parking lot is small and fills up quickly... so keep that in mind. Also, we got in at 8pm and front office was closed. We went to get a parking pass at 10am and we already had a violation on our car (written at 7:20am).

Great Condo Location and Condition

We greatly enjoyed our visit at this Poipu Shores Condo. Easy walk to Poipu Beach! The entire condo was airconditioned! Parking was a little tight if you came back late evening but everything else was wonderful!! Would highly recommend!!!!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The unit is nicely appointed and had everything we needed and more, but the oceanfront location was the highlight. Amazing location in Poipu

The location was amazing. We were able to see turtles everyday, dolphins and whales from the balcony. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and it was clean. Parking is a little challenging but the location makes up for it.
