  • Welcome to koolkondo where you will experience luxury vacation rentals at its finest. Our stylish boutique hotel style condos and homes have it all. You will absolutely enjoy your home away from home with VIP concierge style services in modern island luxury!

    Our ocean front spacious condo in the heart of Poipu beach next to theSheraton Hotel has it all! This beautiful condo has unobstructed ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. It is very spacious with over 1,800 square feet of living space with two bedrooms upstairs and 3 full bathrooms and a beautiful remodeled kitchen with everything to cook a gourmet meal. It's just a short walk to the beach and access to a pool with ocean views. This resort also offers tennis courts.

    The unit is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. All beach gear available as well. Our on island manager is available to make your dream vacation spectacular!

    The local community and tourists like to gather by the resort at sunset that may or may not disrupt your quiet time. Mahalo!

    Beach Gear: We provide beach towels, a wagon, 4 chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler.

    **Please note: There is a $75 Venmo fee for any check-ins arriving after 11pm. 



    ***We wanted to notify you of a notice from Kapili Management:

    Pool Closure: The pool, pool deck and charcoal BBQ grill will be closed from Monday, September 14 until approximately Saturday, October 10, 2026. The plan is to restore and elevate the pool deck’s appearance, safety and performance while working within the existing substrate to avoid full demolition or replacement. The project will include pressure washing; sanding / grinding; surface repairs where necessary; and application of a coating system. There will be repairs to the pump room concrete and installation of doors. The project will be noisy at times.

We really enjoyed our time at Kapili 9…the home was very clean and organized. Plenty of beach chairs and a great little wagon to transport them with. The views from the primary bedroom of the ocean were awesome! The entire family had a wonderful experience and we’d definitely stay here again.

great location, amazing views

we really enjoyed our stay. the property was perfectly located with amazing views of the ocean. the downstairs patio was perfect for relaxing. lots of great restaurants nearby and lots of activities to do. the hosts communicated well and it was easy to find everything we needed in the kitchen. amazing showers and nice neighbors made for a great vacation

Excellent stay

We (3 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, large, comfortable and well equipped, with beautiful oceans views especially at sunset. Is was a great base to explore Kauai.

Great oceanfront location close to everything. Very nice, large property, as advertised. Super views! Easy check-in and out. Nice quiet family resort setting. Some minor deferred maintenance but overall an excellent property in an excellent location. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Absolutely Fantastic

The accommodations were really nice, better than advertised. The furnishings are beautiful and so tasteful. Everything necessary to make your stay just like home. Great support from the property manager if needed. Absolutely will stay again! Don’t hesitate to book.

Fantastic view

The place was beautiful, very clean and spacious. Wonderful view from the patio and master bedroom. The beds very comfortable. Well stoked with towels and chairs for the beach , they even had hats in case if your forgot, which happened to my husband!

Perfect Vacation Spot

Everything about this condo is wonderful---great location, nice furnishings, comfy bedrooms, great soaking tub, well stocked kitchen. The pool area is nice with plenty of umbrellas and chaise lounges. Best of all is the convenient location to the beach wall and fabulous sunsets and star gazing. We'll request this property for out next stay in Poipu.

Gorgeous unit in perfect loaction
