  • Waikomo Stream Villas #231 is located in a large peaceful tropical resort on Kauaʻi’s sunny South Shore in the heart of Poʻipū. Lush gardens & swimming pool create a relaxing setting close to beaches, dining, shopping, snorkeling, and golf. Our spacious 3rd- floor condo has A/C, a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, pool towels, and a cooler for your island adventures. Shops & restaurants are within walking distance.

    Please note: This is a 3rd-floor unit with no elevator access.

    Nestled on the sunny South Shore of Kaua`i in the heart of Poipu.

    Guests love the peaceful pathways, vibrant gardens, and tranquil stream that winds through the property, creating an authentic Hawaiian atmosphere. Relax in the beautiful saltwater pool, with a covered BBQ area and private restrooms nestled among lush, mature flowering gardens.

    The main-floor primary bedroom offers a king bed and its own AC unit for cool, restful nights. The loft guest room also features a king bed, and the main AC system keeps the loft and living area comfortable.
    Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with essential cookware, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker with starter pods—perfect for relaxed island mornings.
    Step onto the private lanai, furnished with a table and chairs, and enjoy peaceful garden breezes and outdoor dining.
    For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer with starter laundry pods—ideal for beach days and longer stays.

    Walking distance to The Shops at Kukui`ula the island`s premier shopping and dining destination. And Wednesday culinary market!

    The condo is unit #231 in building 2 nearest to the entrance of the parking lot. Park in any spot. Enjoy the peaceful area of Waikomo Stream. A short walk out the back gate to Sunset Wall.

Centrally located, and fully stocked!

Great place, plenty of space for 4 adults. Nice pool and BBQ area, not far from beautiful beaches. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Poipu

The property was well maintained and very clean. Communication was great & we enjoyed the extras (beach chairs, towels, etc). The location was great with proximity to great beaches and restaurants. We felt so lucky to have to much space for our family with the bedroom and loft, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Would love to stay again!

Absolutely perfect!!

This place was absolutely perfect! They had everything we needed for making meals and it was SO spacious! It was super clean and so easy to check in and out. I could not have been happier with our stay! I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The downstairs couch was so comfortable and huge too! If you’re headed to the canyon or Napoli coast this is so much closer than other places to stay - great central location to all we wanted to see in all directions! We had the most magical time and saw the most magnificent things and everyday had this comfortable landing place to call home! Highly HIGHLY recommend!! It is even better than described and even better and bigger than pictures show - a gem! The hosts also have guidebooks for the island available in the unit and they were SO informative and guided some of our adventures! Check out the adventures section if you’re really feeling daring or just the activities section for some awesome, less daunting, things to explore and do! If you’re thinking of booking - do it! You will not regret!

Super Spacious and Family Friendly

We thoroughly loved everything about this condo from the grounds to the host. First off our host, Amanda, was very friendly, helpful and promptly responded to any and all questions that we had. Check in was a breeze and the grounds were fantastic. The condo itself was much more spacious than we anticipated which was great for our family of 5 with small children. The kitchen was filled with everything you might need, there were more than plenty pillows, blankets and an air mattress for everyone's comfort, and a ton of supplies in the front closet for a great day at the beach! It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit and the air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom did the trick on the hotter days. We spent an ample amount of time at the pool and using the BBQs provided which were clean and maintained nicely. The grounds were well manicured, the pool was sparkling, and parking was plenty. We would absolutely recommend giving this property a shot if you're staying in Poipu! Thank you for sharing your space with us, Amanda, we would love to visit again!
