We’re really enjoyed our time here. Wake up, make coffee, and sit and relax while watching the waves and turtles. So great. We booked this place after reading the prior reviews. Everything was just as described. We’d stay here again, no doubt.

Perfect place for a couple’s getaway! Loved waking up to the view of the ocean. This condo had everything we could have needed, and we used it too! Boogie boards, umbrella, chairs, coolers, snorkeling equipment, sun hats, and a first aid kit for my hiking blisters. I was so grateful that they had what I needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Kōloa town was super close for any restaurants or shopping and the beach next to the condo was a great snorkeling spot - even saw an eagle ray and a monk seal!! Owners were responsive and helpful. Thanks for everything!

Great Vacation Rental

We've stayed in this complex a few times. This is the first time in this unit. It's a great Poipu location. It's really easy to park and get in and out. The ground floor is great because you can open your door and walk either off the property or around to the other side of the building with a tiny sand beach, but also has good surfing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. There are a few places to eat within walking distance.

Beautiful vacation home and amazing hosts

We had a lovely time staying here. The apartment is beautiful and extremely well equipped. I loved being able to just go around the corner for a snorkel in the mornings at the nearby beach. It is not a sandy beach to spend the day at, but quite good for snorkeling, and amazing to have within a two minute walking distance. Communication with Karen both before and during our stay was excellent, and she was super accommodating, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. When we mentioned that some snorkeling equipment was missing (presumably previous guests lost or took it), she offered to pay for rental equipment, and the next morning Stasea (the on-island contact person) stood in our door with two brand new snorkeling sets! We slept really well in the comfortable bed, and I suspect this is one of the few apartments in Kauai where you can sleep in if you want and won't be awoken by wild roosters at 5 am. The detailed instructions and recommendations in the guest folder along with the provided travel guides (including a latest edition one) were very helpful in making the best of our time on the island. Thank you for everything, we really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this apartment.

Book also has information about local restaurants which we found helpful. Excellent communication prior to arrival from the homeowners.. we had an excellent experience with our stay

Pleasant stay and few concerns…

My wife and I stayed here for four nights, first time back in Kauai since we honeymooned on the island in 2000, 25 years ago!We liked the condo. The unit was clean and the view was superb, only steps from the Pacific.Some small negatives did get noticed, though. The noise of people walking by our ground floor unit was heard on both the lanai and front door sides. Heard loud kids at 11:30 at night from the bedroom, which has windows to the outside walkway and parking lot beyond. Also please note the complex is near a fairly busy road, though noise from the road, which is visible from lanai, is not a real issue.A laundry coin changer shorted us 1.25 on 5, and I texted the manager who responded by saying a man would come to refund it. Never happened. We didn’t find any Kleenex tissue in the unit, and had to tell the manager twice before boxes were delivered to our door. Finally, the unit and complex seems a bit dated and worn, but we liked the cleanliness and care the owner clearly puts into it. If in Kauai and wanting this location with a kitchen, this is a good though not a great choice, IMO.

Pretty bay front location

We really liked this location. The condo has a relaxing patio and an amazing bay/ocean view. We absolutely loved watching all the sea turtles feeding right outside the condo. The condo was well equipped. Instructions to gain access were clear and easy to follow.

Great Sunrise Walkout

Overall the property was as expected. Lots of thoughtful touches like a set of binoculars available and coolers. Great layout and attractive furniture. Loved the art throughout the house too. Our only complaints are the bedroom air conditioning and comforter smelled musty.

Loved this condo

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Dave and Karen’s beautiful condo. We were right on the water and had the most beautiful sunrises. The condo was spotless well equipped and beautifully furnished. Just a few steps down the beach was the beautiful sunset. Karen and Dave were a joy as hosts. Stay here if you can.

Great Condo

We just returned from Kauai and spent three nights here. We had an excellent experience and the hosts were great. The condo has a great location, is comfortable and is (very) well stocked with pretty much everything you would need. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo

The views from this condo for sunrise and sunset were beautiful. The condo had everything you needed for cooking and the beach supplies were a nice touch. We loved the location and how it was walking distance to Beach House next door. We loved how the condo was close to Koloa town, shops and many restaurants and food trucks. We enjoyed the surrounding beaches in Poipu and snorkeling was great at Poipu beach. This was our second time in Kauai and we would love to stay at this condo in the future.

Great Stay

Our stay here was wonderful! Right when you walk in the door you will be blown away by the view! Ate every dinner on the patio, and would walk around the corner at sunset to watch the surfers. There was a surf competition right next to the complex when we were there and we even got to see Bethany Hamilton surf! Incredible location and very clean condo with all the basics you could need!

Thank you for the chilled champagne in the refrigerator! That was perfect for the birthday night. We understand it can not be helped but the only sad situation was the noisy guests in the unit above us. We noticed that your unit was beautifully upgraded! We recommend renting this unit!
