Sunny south Kauai beckons from this gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bath Regency at Poipu Kai condo, where modern amenities meet a fully upgraded interior. Contemporary décor, mountain views, central air, high-speed wireless internet, and smart flat-screen televisions provide a beautiful, comfortable setting for your Hawaiian getaway.

Our master bedroom features TWO QUEEN BEDS, access to a private lanai, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a jet tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. A fully appointed kitchen with fine finishes offers bar seating, with a more formal dining area for six just beyond. The living room opens to a comfortable covered lanai with space to relax. You will enjoy stunning local photo art in all the bedrooms and living area.

ORIGINAL ART AND MINIMALIST DESIGN

We are proud of the original art of the condo. 16 pieces of Kauai’s Landmarks done by a gifted local photo artist, Charles Ellenberger. Charles had served the film industry at Warner Brothers and worked with well-known portrait artists for a high-end clientele, Since he moved to Kauai with his wife, Lena, Charles has been producing fine art photos of Kauai’s nature and people for both locals and visitors from all around the world. You will discover possibilities of destinations to visit during your stay while admiring the beautiful images displayed in the unit.

To compliment the unit's appearance, we handpicked contemporary furnishings that are both design-forward and comfortable.

Epicureans, you’ll love our spacious kitchen fully stocked with cookware, tableware, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Also, check out the resort’s BBQ grill for searing your fresh catch.

ABOUT THE CONDO’S LOCATION

The condo is set only steps away from the resort’s swimming pools and Poipu Beach Trail.

Speaking of the pools, there are three pools that our guests can use; two Regency pools and one Poipu Kai pool. Guests can use Poipu Kai Tennis courts with minimum fees.

Load beach gears on a cart and walk along the beach trail to enjoy swimming, snorkeling and surfing at the popular beaches in Poipu. With Poipu, Brennecke's, and Shipwreck beaches each a short stroll away, guests can take advantage of our beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, and spacious cart.

Enjoy morning walk or jogging on the Poipu Beach Trail towards Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail and admire the breathtaking view over the Shipwreck Beach and beautiful Grand Hyatt Resort. Explore a 3.7 mile scenic trail towards Punahoa Point that offers the chance to see wildlife and the local flora.

Brennecke's Deli and Brennecke's Beach Broiler serve lunch and dinner nearby, and a five-minute drive leads to Poipu Shopping Village and The Shops at Kukuiula, both of which have an assortment of dining and shopping possibilities. Another five-minute drive brings guests to Old Koloa Town, where historic plantation buildings have been carefully renovated to create a charming village with additional restaurants and shops, as well as a grocery store.

If you’re itching to get out and explore Kauai…good news. Guests can reach Waimea Canyon in an hour and the lush north shore in 90 minutes, with many natural wonders to discover in between.

To ensure an exceptional experience, we provide our guests with hotel grade supplies such as six full sets of towels and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, soaps/shampoo/conditioner/lotion, detergents, paper towel, Kleenex, and trash bags to cover the first a couple of days of your stay.

Two Wonderful Weeks in Paradise

This property was fantastic with roomy bedrooms a nice living room and kitchen. The property had clean, well maintained barbecues and a swimming pool about 1 minute from the condo. Beautiful beaches were only a short scenic walk away and there were plenty of restaurants in the area.

We were very pleased with the condo at Regency at Poipu Kai. It was in a great location close to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We loved our stay in Poipu!

Spacious and clean

We have stayed in several units in this complex and found this one to be very clean and suitable for 4 individuals. The vents in the guest bedroom did not cool off the room as well as the other rooms, however, the owner provided portable fans in every room. Management responded promptly.

Nice place in Poipu

This was our second time staying in this complex, but first time in this condo. The condo was nice and the double futon beds were great for our kids. The two main bedroom beds were very cozy. Our only complaint was that we had to wash and put away the sheets for the futons before checking out. We don’t mind pulling the sheets off and cleaning up after ourselves the best we can, but this did not allow us to spend time exploring our last morning because we had to do laundry before checking out. Of the three places we stayed while in Hawaii, we had to do more to prepare for checkout here than any of the other places. We pay a cleaning fee already, so this just seemed to be a bit more than what should be asked of us. Otherwise, we felt the condo was nice and accommodating for our family.

Perfect in Paradise

Luxuriously quiet condo in a perfectly situated location to access the pool, ocean fun and shopping. Relaxing in the spacious condo was a dream with each room having a large tv and comfy beds! We made good use of the big & well appointed kitchen & dining room during our lengthy stay in the Regency at Poipu! Our gracious host was easily accessible when we had questions, as well. We shall stay in this exact spot in future trips to Kauaii, for sure!

AMAZING CONDO

This condo's location was perfect. Easy access to walking paths/many beaches. Restaurants/groceries were a short drive away. The pool and hot tub was just down a short path. The designated parking stall was very close to the condo's entrance. The condo itself was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The layout worked very well for 2 couples. The owner's response time was very prompt and courteous. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Michelle

Perfect Pouipu Stay

The beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfectly located for an easy walk to Pouipu beach and Shipwreck Beach. Keyless entry was effortless and we were treated with wine, Hawaiian cookies and chocolate on the counter. The host was speedy to reply to any questions we had. The kitchen was well equipped and included spices galore. Plenty of beach toys including wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs and great information on sights to see on Kauai. Condo included Kleenex, night lights, first aid kits, plenty of beach towels, hand held vacuum, laundry detergent, pack and play, charging station - they thought of everything to make the stay extra comfy. Although the condo faced the street you couldn’t hear anything in the bedrooms which had very comfy king size beds. Excellent experience.

Comfy Condo near Poipu Beach

This condo was perfect for our family of 4, including 2 teenagers. The beds were very comfortable; having A/C was a must; the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities to cook and BBQ; and it was nice that we were able to watch Netflix when we needed some down time! The property was beautiful to walk through as well, and we loved having access to the pools also. Having access to what we called the "beach closet" in the condo was a HUGE saving grace too! The beach cart, coolers and umbrella were absolute necessities! And the fact that the freezer made ice seems like a small thing until you need to keep a cooler full of snacks, drinks and lunches cool on the hot beach! It was a short 10 minute walk to the the beach where we saw sea turtles each day we were down there, as well as sleeping monk seals a couple times! We also found this area to have the best snorkeling. The location gives easy access to many places to eat, a couple small groceries and plenty of great shopping as a tourist. Costco was only about 20 minutes away (which had the same pricing as on the mainland!!) where we stocked up the kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out quite as much... teenagers eat a lot!! And finally Susan was easy to communicate with when we had questions. She responded right away, which we appreciated and felt like a gracious host. My only recommendation for her is that we didn't have enough toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and lotion for our 10 day stay. It wasn't a big deal to buy some, but I believe toilet paper should be included, and since it was advertised to have these toiletries I expected to not have to buy them. Otherwise, we all loved staying at this condo and would highly recommend it! Given an opportunity, I would definitely stay there again! Mahalo!

Wonderful

Beautiful home, nice and cool AC. Lots of great beach equipment that we used all the time! Lovely to sit on the lanai and drink coffee in the morning. We also enjoyed the paths tot be beach which are much nicer than we even expected. It was easy to load up the beach cart and take it down the paved paths! Pool areas were nice and close by. Wonderful stay for a family of 3, would definitely book again!

Home away from home

This condo was in a central location close to everything we needed. Beaches were a short walk away. The condo had everything we needed and more from beach chairs to curling irons. The amenities were great as well. All in all it provided us a very comfortable living space!
