Expensive for the service

The hotel is expensive for the the service. Not hot water in our shower (although we didn't say anything to the reception). A lot of noise from street and no possibility of getting the room complete dark at night. A lot of light became also from the corridor during all the night. The A/C works properly although it's not the more silent system that you can find. We were given two beds instead of double one, and really small. We had dinner one night and the food was ok. The worse thing is the location, a little bit depressing and with nothing to do or visit, but convenient closer to the airport (5 minutes driving).

Poor accommodation. Hygiene really bad, we saw a cockroach in the canteen - unacceptable! Staff was polite enough, but messed up our booking. Overall, will not visit again.

+ Very close to airport. Don't get it mixed up the other O2 hotel one building away. + Room was nice and clean. - only one bath towel and one face towel was present in bathroom. Two should be present for two people.

Overcharging room rental

Room charge was overbilled. Upon being challenged, they feigned ignorance, saying their daily room rental is higher. After a lot of arguments, they accepted the original room charge, but refused to issue an Invoice or payment receipt.

Sold a simple room as suit.

I was looking for a suit for 3 of us near the hotel. O2 seemed a good option given their vicinity to the airport. They offered us a suit at around 6.5k. On reaching the hotel late evening at 10 PM we realised we it was only a simple room with a King Size bed. No way it can be treated as a suit. We were provided an extra mattress with white bedsheet on the floor for the third person.

Hotel was ok. Conveniently located near the airport. Rooms were small. Online information said the suite had a sofa bed, which it did not. They did, however, provide a mattress for the third person in our group.
