"Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Det var ett nybyggt hotell, det gick inte att missa så allt var fräscht. Tågen som passerar var femte minut var lite störande. Städning ingick inte och behövde man mer toapapper fick man ta det från städvagnarna. Ett fantastiskt gym men inget för barnen. Ett sk playroom var tomt förutom några stolar. "You needed to get the keys from different adress and there we got to know that we have to pay 180 zl more for cleaning. This all took a lot of time and check in was pretty late (3pm), although we were permitted to check in an hour earlier after doubletexting, still thanks for that! The apartment were pretty nice, modern and spacious! I liked the balcony and full equipped kitchen, also the sheets were very soft and clean! The dishes were a little unclean and dusty, needed to rinse them first....

"Ingen i receptionen kunde engelska vilket var lite problematiskt men fick ändå bra att kommunicera. Boendet var som på bilderna men ena bäddsoffan är extremt liten, en vuxen person får definitivt inte plats där. Vi löste det med att sova tre i sängen men annars är boendet för Max 4 personer och inte 5! Det var även mycket silverfiskar i boendet.. Annars låg boendet väldigt fint och centralt, 10 min gång till gamla stan vilket var perfekt!"

"The property is in a great location near to bars and restaurants overlooking the waterfront. The staff particularly reception were incredibly helpful and friendly. We stayed in the 4* part of the hotel which had great rooms with everything you needed and also very quiet. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice."

"I believe the hotel's name, "Cloud," reflects how comfortable the bed was. I had such a good night's sleep, which is important because I tend to be a light sleeper. The room was well-organized and clean. I especially appreciated the adjustable Artemide light by the bed, as I enjoy reading in bed. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"The whole place is quirky and has a student accommodation vibe. It's a good use of an old, industrial building. We stayed for 3 nights. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the bedroom is tiny, dominated by the queen bed, with only about 30cm of space along each side. The room had a horrible smell throughout our stay. The do-not-disturb sign to hang on the door also had an option to advise a pet is inside the room. We suspect a previous animal left deposits that weren't properly cleaned. It's a tiny space with no TV but functional. Aside from the smell it was fine for 3 nights."
