Kieppi is a newly built holiday home in Äkäslompolo, completed in 2025 with modern Scandinavian design and comfort. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it sleeps up to six guests. Large windows brighten the open-plan living area with fireplace, smart TV, and well-equipped kitchen. Relax in the electric sauna, Novitek jacuzzi, or on the balcony. Located near Ylläs’ ski slopes, cross-country trails, and Lapland’s year-round nature, it’s an ideal base for your stay.

Kieppi offers a modern and functional stay in Äkäslompolo, part of Kittilä municipality and the Ylläs area of Finnish Lapland. Built in 2025, the 79 m² home spreads across two floors and combines bright Scandinavian interiors with warm details, designed for families and small groups.

The ground floor centres on an open-plan living area with a Tiileri fireplace, Samsung Frame TV, and JBL sound system. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with quality AEG appliances, an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, and an OBH Nordica coffee machine. A dining table for six sits by the windows, creating a welcoming atmosphere for gatherings and shared meals.

Sleeping arrangements include two double bedrooms (each 160x200, separable into twins) and a bunk room, with space for up to six guests. Two bathrooms add convenience, while a washing machine and drying cabinet support longer stays. Board games and playing cards are provided for relaxed evenings indoors.

The private electric sauna and Novitek drop jacuzzi on the balcony offer inviting ways to relax after outdoor activities. Underfloor heating and blackout blinds keep the house comfortable year-round, while an EV charger and smart lock add practicality.

Kieppi is within easy reach of Ylläs Ski Resort, with both alpine and extensive cross-country trails. Pallas–Yllästunturi National Park lies just a couple of kilometres away, offering hiking in summer and snowshoeing in winter. Äkäslompolo village provides shops, restaurants, and cafés, making it easy to balance Lapland’s wilderness with everyday comforts.
