Rental Rates Include:

⠂Electric fair usage 50 units/day
⠂Maid Service twice a week (additional service available upon request)
⠂Bed linen changed twice weekly, pool towels changed on maid service day
⠂Welcome/information Pack with the ‘owner’s recommendations’
⠂Baby cot & high chair available upon request
⠂Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the villa
⠂Digital Safe for important belongings

Rental Rates Exclude:
⬝ Airport transfer service (Available upon request)
⬝ Electric excess charge @ 7 THB/Unit
⬝ Chef service 1,500 THB/time (guests pay cost of ingredients + a 20% service fee on the food bill)
⬝ Extra person charge @ 55 USD/bed/night (available upon request)

Terms & Security Deposit:
⠂Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
⠂As a standard security measure for the villa owner, a fully refundable cash security deposit of USD 300 is required upon arrival
⠂Any minor damages or breakages will be charged at replacement value and must be settled in full before departure. This will be handled by the General Manager if applicable
