"Sehr schön. Haus hat sehr viel Charme, ist modern und sehr gemütlich. Alles ist vorhanden, gute Ausstattung. Die Betten waren uns zu hart, aber das ist ja auch ein individuelles Empfinden. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Gerne wieder."

"Schöne, komfortable Unterkunft in Gehweite von Sankt Johann. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Gruppe geeignet; unsere Familie mit Großeltern. Gemeinsam, aber trotzdem jeder seine eigene Wohnung haben. Schöner (gemeinsamer) Garten. Sehr schöne Umgebung, in der man viel unternehmen kann. Nette Besitzerin. Schönes Wetter. "The room was advertised as sleeps three. Husband and I barely fit in the double bed (think US double). The room is great for one person or two small. The staff are very friendly, the surroundings beautiful. Highly recommend but check bed situation for sure. Also no air conditioning, just chilled air. Was very warm till outside cooled off and we could open windows. "

Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel - Member of Hommage Luxury Hotels Collection

"As a frequent traveler around the world staying in 5 star hotels, this hotel ranks in the top 5 in my travels. The staff was highly accommodating and kind, the breakfast buffet top notch with a wide variety of food. The spa was so good and even better than many dedicated spa resorts (they had 4 different types of saunas!). Gym was brand new with a large selection of workout equipment and the wing of the hotel we stayed at was also brand new. They have a ton of activities for kids (dedicated pool area and activity center). They are also building a whole new section of playground outside if you have little ones. Next time I'm back in Kitzbuhel I'll definitely be staying here. "
