"Wir haben mit unseren Enkeln 3 schöne und erlebnisreiche Tage im schönen Ferienhaus der Fam. Tamm im ruhigen, aber gemütlichen Knobelsdorf erlebt. Das Ferienhaus ist in einem sehr schönen Mix aus Alt und Modern eingerichtet und hat uns gut gefallen. Übernahme und Übergabe waren perfekt organisiert. Das I-Tüpfelchen wäre noch eine kleine Sitz-, und Eßecke im Außenbereich. Können wir wirklich nur weiter empfehlen. Steffi und Mathias"

"Pros: Das Haus ist neu renoviert, alle Räume sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung in Wohnzimmer, Bad und Küche lies keine Wünsche offen. Für die Kinder im Alter von 11 Monaten bis 6 Jahre gab es geeignetes Spielzeug und im Garten eine Schaukel sowie einen abdeckbaren Sandkasten mit Sandelspielzeug. "I recently stayed at Hotel Adler in Rudolstadt and was impressed by its unbeatable location—right in the city center, just steps from the main square, the train station, and the stunning baroque Heidecksburg Castle. The hotel is housed in a beautiful historic building dating back to 1880, which adds a lot of character and charm to the experience. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and tastefully decorated, reflecting the style of the period while still offering modern comfort. There is parking available, which is a great convenience if you’re traveling by car. One downside is that the rooms are not air-conditioned, which can be a bit uncomfortable in hot weather. However, given the age and style of the building, it’s understandable and didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. The staff is friendly, though they speak only German, which might be a bit challenging for non-German speakers. As for breakfast, it’s fairly basic—not outstanding, but perfectly adequate to start the day. Overall, Hotel Adler is a great choice if you’re looking to stay somewhere with character and a central location in Rudolstadt."

"Very nice hotel near the main street. The restaurant was very good with traditional Thuringian food. It looks like the restaurant is used by locals too. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options available. The room was functional and the bathroom seemed newly renovated. The hotel had a sauna, but I didn’t use it."
