Disappointed

The check in process was very taxing - with them wanting a copy of every document in the book. It took more than 40 minutes to register. Perhaps they could streamline the process a little better. I have stayed there many times in the past but have found that though the costs have gone up the service has not. Sad that I will have to look around for other accommodations.

One major concern was the room key. The door cannot be opened from inside if you lock the room. So if you want to leave while someone is sleeping, either you have to wake them up to get them to lock from inside or leave the room open. You cannot get a spare key. Had to pay for WiFi and the WiFi is limited to two devices at a time.

Good apartment hotel & views

Excellent location on the river viewing the bridge . The deluxe 2 bed-rooms apartment was wide . Each room with a LCD TV and bathroom , shower and hot water . It has a living room with a TV and many encrypted sport and movie channels and also has dinning area . The. The reception ,room service and house keeping are all helpful . Easy and fast check in & out . Good and not expensive restaurant .

Forgettable

The concept of room service here is very different from the rest. They operate in a different time zone. Functionally, this place is strictly okay. Otherwise quite old. If you're a wandering tourist, this is not the place for you. Getting any form of public transport is impossible because of the location. This place is best for large families (apartment) and wedding gangbangs. That's it.
