The staff and hotel were wonderful. Close to shopping, dining and Hirome market, all about 1 minute away. Station is a brisk 15 min walk but tram stops almost in front of hotel. Would stay again

Hotel is well within the "business hotel" range. Location is incredibly convenient! Close to both station, tourist attractions and multiple eating options. Staff was friendly and helpful with regards to parking, although pricing explanation could have been clearer.

Room was OK for the price and location. Car park was just next to the hotel and the main shopping street was across the road, with the castle nearby. Breakfast was interesting. There was a lady guarding the door and food, watching our every move. Although breakfast was scheduled until 9:30, she was quick to point out that last orders was 9 when I went for more toast, and closed the doors at 8:55. Did not make for a comfy time.

Nice surprise

We wanted to stay in Kochi but not break the bank, so we booked this hotel mainly for its central location - and we did not expect much. But we were pleasantly surprised, mainly because the staff was always so friendly and helpful. They were great! Another pleasant surprise was that the location of the hotel really couldn't have been better. I will admit that the room was furnished rather simply, but it was very spacious, which we enjoyed.
