The chef was happy to prepare us wonderful meals. Sunita especially was kind and attentive, and she helped us with a lot of our questions. If she couldn’t help directly, she was sure to signpost us to someone who could! We felt extremely welcomed and I would recommend anyone staying in this area to stay here! "

The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc. "

The room (Menezes) I was assigned was "OUTSIDE" the main hotel, literally almost at the road with traffic noise, with window not usable. There was no character to the room. The overall experience was like staying in a motel, not in a "Neemrana" branded hotel. I am very disappointed in Neemrana brand. "
