We had a great time at this property, all the staff was very curteous and polite. Breakfast was great with plenty of options and made to order live Dosa and omelette station. Hotel was conveniently located close to the Aluva Metro station (500 meters)

From the moment we arrived which was late night post 11 pm, the staff at reception and bellboy went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Since the hotel restaurant closed at 10 pm, and being our first trip to the city, both Aromal and Nivin helped/assisted us in ordering us late night dinner. Rest of the staff (Adhil, Shibin and also Aromal, Nivin) and the security guard Santosh were very helpful in guiding us when needed. My sincere thanks to all these staff for ensuring our stay was comfortable. If in the future I happen to visit this city again then Flora CHARISHMA residency will be the preferred place to stay. Keep up this wonderful hospitality nature..

A perfect place for a stopover.

We stayed here one night because we flew to Kochi Airport and the day after was gonna take a bus from Aluva to Munnar. This hotel is so good, blew our minds. A perfect little air conditioned oasis in the middle of the hot chaos. We liked it so much that we ended up spending a night there on our way back north again. Beds are god, shower good, staff is amazing and breakfast is ok.
