"As an American, we specifically stay here every time we are in Garmisch! A little spendy, but well worth the splurge. The breakfast is outstanding and keeps us coming back. The rooms have air con, comfortable, and are well appointed with great views! 10/10. Additionally, the staff is wonderful and attentive. A very welcoming place to stay."

Great location close to the mountains, friendly staff, nice selection of food, beautiful area around the building with trees and playground for the kids. Definitely would love to come back!"

"This Hotel has been revamp from the 7o's they have done a great job, the Loby and rooms all transformed as new. The staff were excellent. The Hotel is a bit disjointed but easy to find. close to railway station. The European restaurant was fantastic food. The bed was comfortable. "

Breakfast every morning was an array of all foods to please. I especially enjoyed an evening where we dined on homemade soup Marianne made. We were 100% pleased and would highly recommend for a stay. "We stayed at Quellenhof Hotel 3 times during the weeks we visited our son in Garmisch. Each time we stayed on a different floor - every floor has a beautiful view of the Alps! The rooms were always clean. Be careful to adjust the shower curtain just right or water will leak onto the floor. I encourage everyone to stay here! Ask for the bus pass while you stay. Grainau has great restaurants and shops! Beautiful village!"
