The mandatory cleaning charge of 75 Euro and the linen and towel surcharge of 15 Euro per person increased the advertised roommate by > 25% for a 4 night stay. The apartment is on the 3rd floor accessible over a staircase, where the landings between the flights are occupied with decorative items and furniture, making passing difficult while carrying luggage up or down the stairs. We will clearly not come back to this apartment.
