ロケーション、建物の新しさ、綺麗さは良いと思います。 2階建で2階の部屋でしたが、エレベーターがないので、荷物の持ち運びが大変です。もちろん、チェックインの時は運んでくれますし、チェックアウトの時も頼めば良いのでしょうが。最大の難点はシャワーがぬるいことです。極めて常温に近いです。

一度行ったらこの島は当分良いかな

ライレイから到着したピアーにホテルの迎えが一杯来ています。やっと自分のホテルの出迎を見つけるも、自分の名前はリスティングされておらず、ホテルに到着してから予約確認時間が掛かり結局チェックインは2時間後と言われ最悪、部屋も暗く狭く臭くの三重苦。敷地内のヴィラ棟は改築工事中、プールは狭く水が異様に臭く暖かく、最悪の滞在でした。

ロケーションが良く海からも近いホテル

部屋は清潔でガーデンビューに泊まったので雰囲気も良くバスロープもありました。部屋に蚊が居たので電気のベープマットのようなものが設置されて居たらもっと高評価を上げています。ベランダに水着を干すのが無かったのでそれもあったらよかったです。

トンサイエリアの便利なホテル

トンサイにあって港からも近いです。買い物も食事も近くで済ませることが出来てとても便利でした。海が近いせいか、島だから仕方がないのかホテルの水が塩っぽい臭いがしたのが気になりました。建物、部屋からも清潔感があり良かったです。

綺麗な部屋と最高のサービス

部屋は綺麗だし、スタッフは親切丁寧な対応でした。また大晦日のディナーはお酒含めサービスでラッキードローなどの企画も楽しく過ごせました。とても良い思い出となりました。有難うございました。

綺麗で快適、海沿いで便利

港や海の近くで、とてもナイスロケーションです。値段とコスパの見合うホテル。海から1～2分で歩いて帰れるので、すぐシャワーを浴びれます。スタッフも感じが良かった。次も利用したいと思えました。

コストパフォーマンス高い

繁華街からすぐ近くに立地しており便利なところです。またそのような立地にも関わらず泊まった部屋は非常に静かで、新しく綺麗かつ、室内も広く快適に過ごすことができました。非常にコストパフォーマンスが高いホテルかと思います。

ロケーションは抜群だが、部屋の掃除は依頼しないとやってくれなかった。また、チェックアウト時間の延長が、１時間１０００バーツという高さ。

文句なしのリゾートホテル

ピピ島の繁華街の中心に位置し、港から歩いて5分の距離。どのビーチにも近く、かつ周囲にはレストランやお土産屋がたくさんある便利な立地です。デラックスガーデンビュールームに泊まりましたが、これは少し後悔。部屋が無駄に広い！広すぎる！でもソファーとかが置いてあるわけじゃないので、無駄なスペースと化してます(笑) 広すぎて文句を言うのもおかしな話ですが(笑) 部屋の清潔さは抜群。冷蔵庫、クーラー、トイレとシャワーは隣ですが仕切りはあります。朝食は海の見えるレストランでバイキング形式で食べられて美味しかったです。文句無しのリゾートホテルです。ただ個人的には、ピピ島は騒々しいですし、ここにはプライベートビーチが無いので、ピピ島よりも静かなクラビのビヨンドリゾートクラビの方がのんびりリゾートホテル感があっておすすかなぁ。なんにせよ、このホテルは当たりです。ピピ島に行く際はおすすめします。

１階の部屋だったので、蚊がとても多くて困った。朝食は、７：００からだと、ダイビングに間に合わないので、６：３０からオープンしてもらえると助かる。

便利な立地

港から近くメインエリアにあって、食事、買い物、アクティビティ等に便利。ホテルで寛ぐというよりはピピの街を楽しむのに向いている。泊まった部屋はスーペリアバンガローで古いタイプの部屋だったため快適さは求めていなかったが、他の新しい部屋は綺麗に見えた。サービスはシンプル。

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. They were really accommodating when it came into getting us into our room a little bit early since we had an excursion in the afternoon. The room was spacious and we enjoyed spending time at the pool. It's located right in the middle of town (which is small) so everything is a 5 min walk.

Good option, nice location and good service

Nice hotel, very well located, is not connected with beach directly but you only need to cross the small street and you are in the public beach. Welcome drink and good attention. Rooms are spacious, and we loved the pool. They can improve bed, mattress wasn’t that comfortable and furniture looks damaged

Vi bodde på rum 408 med Garden View och det var värt vartenda krona. Vi var lite oroliga då många hade klagat på att badrummen luktade alger och personalen var otrevlig. Upplevande inget av delarna.

Above average stay.

This hotel is above average, though not stellar (especially for the price point). The hot water wasn't working, and when I asked the receptionist to have someone fix it, it ended up not being fixed despite someone clearly having dropped by my room. I only stayed a night and left early in the morning so I couldn't be bothered to go back to the receptionist, but for the price I was paying, I don't think it was worth it to pay that much and not have hot water. I also couldn't find the light switch to turn off the main light in the room, so I had to sleep with the lights on. At least the room was nice and clean. Nice modern design that doesn't look like it was built in the 70s/80s.

Updated hotel but drains are a problem

Average hotel but probably one of the more modern looking in Phi Phi with updated rooms and bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable and no major complaints regarding the with bedroom/sleeping area. The only problem with this hotel is the smell of raw sewage coming from the bathroom drains. It was so bad it woke me up one night when I hadn't shut the bathroom door. I had 2 rooms and both had the smell problem so it's not isolated and it doesn't occur at other hotels ive stayed at in Phi Phi. I wouldn't stay here again but if you're looking for a modern updated room then this is for you. Just remember to bring air freshener - I bought a couple of gel fresheners from the local store for about 90b - that solved the problem and no more smell :)
