“Fantastic boutique hotel! Wings Boutique Hotels offers great comfort, clean rooms, and a relaxing environment. The staff are professional, friendly, and very attentive. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Checked in and immediately out. Broken AC leaking water as soon as we got into the room. Overwhelming fake fragrance to hide the mold smell. Water damage and dirty. Water holding tank outside is broken and dirty, owner claims its filtered but water smells so bad. Towels smelt horrible, which we now understand why as they are dried improperly in the back.... the owner was rude and happy to take our money with no refund policy, as we had no choice but to move hotels and not stay. There is nothing "boutique" about this hotel, its a scam.

Did we visit the same hotel?

Rather surprised to read the reviews raging about the manager/owner's hospitality, I guess our experience must have been personal. The manager felt short and rather annoyed with our few request. After a few days of hanging the "Please make up the room"-tag on our door we asked explicitly for our room to be cleaned, to which he replied they had a lot to do and would try to get to it. When we got back the room had not been cleaned and the sheets had just been flipped, which was clear by the old bloodstains that were on the sheets from our arrival. The manager was to us rather unfriendly and while clean floors is nice, the constant policing of feet cleanliness at the front door made for a very unrelaxing experience. Even though the cover photo for the hotel is a beautiful beachfront photo, it was a 4-500 meter walk to a rather lackluster beach with a ton of large rocks in the water, which when the tide was low were completely uncovered. Check-in was flexible, but looking back we must have been provided a lesser room than we paid for. We paid for a Superior Double Room but it was in fact very small with an extremely small bathroom which also provided zero privacy with its screen-like door, and our entire view was the wall/roof of the next building 3 meters away. All in all, this was our first hotel on our five week vacation and also by far the least value one out of our total 10 different hotels, and the manager the least friendly person we came across in all of Thailand.

Very well run hotel, beds are nice and bathrooms are clean. Tooms have everything you need in them and breakfast is delicious for the price. Staff is very kind and beach is just a few minutes walk, with all the food and drink you could ever need. Definitely a good stay for the price.

Helt okey hotell, byggt för några år sen. Ingen pool, men möjlighet att använda poolen på Amantra på Klong nin beach. Går transfer dit ett par gånger om dagen. Eller hyr moppe.....okey frukost och bra valuta för pengarna. 200 m till Klong Kong stranden, dock stenigt. Mysigt litet centrum med flera bra restauranger.

+ Es konnten direkt im Hotel Roller gemietet werden. + Ein Supermarkt (7Eleven) war fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. + In der Umgebung gab es zahlreiche Restaurants. + Der Strand war fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. + Wäsche konnte für 40Bath/kg gewaschen werden. - Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab eine kleine Holzleiter, über welche man die Handtücher zum Trocknen hängen konnte. Leider war unsere Leiter kaputt und die Stangen fielen ständig runter. Das Bett war an einer Seite schon sehr durchgelegen und hing deshalb durch. - Das Zimmer hätte gründlicher gereinigt werden können. Es wurde zwar jeden Tag das Bett gemacht, aber meine Haare lagen überall auf dem Boden verteilt. Gewischt wurde bei fünf Übernachtungen nur ein oder zwei Mal. - In der Nähe des Hotels ist eine Moschee. Man wird Morgens um 5:25 Uhr von dem Muezzin geweckt, da die Fenster im Hotel nicht richtig abgedichtet sind.

Do not book this hotel! It’s a scam! These are always overbooked on booking.com they still ask for your money in front and when you are in the hotel they try to put you in another hotel! The other hotel is far out, away from where you want to be! The other place is total ruined, dirty, stinky and even unhealthy because there is dirt all over in the room! They are not willing to pay you money back and they are more than unfriendly! I had to get a new room and to pay double for a couple of days! This hotel is a fraud! Keep your hands of!!!!’n

Really dissapointed and bad management

Didn’t actually get to stay here so might not be a very helpful review but just wanted to let people know about poor management and strange compulsory dinners they try to charge you for after you’ve booked and paid for the room. We got here on new year’s eve and were told to come back at 2 because the room wasn’t ready. When we came back later in the afternoon they told us we could not stay here unless we boight 2 ‘gala dinners’ for 2500 baht each! (80$ USD each) We had already paid for the room online and were so confused The manager didn’t do anything to help. (Well she reduced the gala dinner from 3000 to 2500 baht) I really doubt anyone else booked that room last minute and it would have been really nice if an exception could have been made or at least helped find us another place. We got caught walking in rain with all our stuff trying to find a place since it was New years eve and everything was full. Really dissapointed in the whole situation and the customer service.

Don't waste your time

The hotel itself isn't that bad but its way too hot and the only way your ac works is if you leave the key in the slot. meaning you can't take your key with you and have the ac on. another card didn't do the trick. So the place is friggin hot. Didn't bother with breakfast, lots to eat and drink around. rooms are small and so are the balconies

Meme si nous sommes venu en low-season ils nous on aceuillit comme des rois! La chambre n'est vraiment pas cher pour ce que c'est!! Gentil personel et super propre! A recommender!!

Hermoso hotel

Estuvimos 5 noches hospedados en el hotel con mi papá, quiero destacar al personal que trabaja allí, excelente su atención, siempre predispuestos a todos, muy serviciales. La habitación excelente, la limpieza también . Afuera del hotel está elrestaurant , se come muy bien y abundante , lo recomiendo !!!
