Will stay here again

Great spot with ocean views from deck and restaurant. Swimming in front of hotel is fantastic, rooms are good and restaurant is pretty good also.

Amazing Staff

The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. They were one of the best parts of the stay. The rooms were clean and the view was lovely! It was my birthday and they really made me feel special. I highly recommend this hotel.

Leider hat das Hotel keinen richtigen Strand. Bei Flut haben wir dann einfach die Strandzugänge und Liegen benachbarter Hotels genutzt. Auch ist White Sand Beach leider sehr überlaufen. Da bevorzugen wir eher den Südwesten der Insel.

Nice little hotel in an exotic destination

The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was good, and the one supper I ate there was very good as well ... my only disappontment is that beach-access is poor and difficult.

Vi bokade ett rum för 3 vuxna och det visade sig vara det minsta rum vi bott i samt att storleken på rum ej utges. Andra natten regnade det in genom taket på rum 206 fick bytat rum till 211 i 3 nätter. Därefter fick vi flytta till 208 där ac inte fungerade samt att det stank något fruktansvärt från avloppet. Eftersom ac inte fungerade fick vi bo i rum 205 en natt sedan tillbaka till rum 208 med nu fungerande ac men fortfarande enorm stank . Personalen satte in någon lampa med doftolja..men det tog inte bort stanken. Frukosten var kaos vid ett flertal tillfällen brödet tog slut, servitören fick ta moppen å handla samt det fylldes inte på med mat till alla gäster . Du talay har ett väldigt högt pris och utger sig för att vara bättre än det är. Finns även två terrasser som ej kan utnyttjas.Jag skulle tänka mig för en extra gång innan jag bokar här. Fint rum med bra närområde.

Hotellet i sig var jättefint med fin utsikt. Synd att de ej hade någon pool. Personalen var väldigt dålig på engelska och hotellets mat är vanlig standard. Ett plus är att man fick välja mellan fem rätter till frukosten. Tyvärr inget att hurra över. På framsidan har de en bar med en massa berusade människor på kvällarna. Är inte ok när man skall gå igenom med ett litet barn.

Sufficiente in generale

Hotel sufficiente, buona posizione centrale alla zona e a un metro dalla spiaggia l’hotel offre standard medi di servizio e pulizia il personale un po’ assente ma nel complesso sufficiente , ottimo Wi-Fi . Una particolare nota di demerito la colazione veramente anonima è sempre uguale oltretutto già verso le 9,30 il poco previsto cominciava già a scarseggiare .

Dålig kommunikation

Vi hade bokat två nätter av sviten men när vi kommer dit så visar det sig att dom som hade bott där natten innan vägrade flytta på sig så vi fick ett vanligt rum. Dom kunde inte säga det direkt utan att vi skulle följa med dom till ett rum och sedan frågade om det var ok.... Kommunikation var det sämsta jag har varit med dom. Slutade med två nätter i ett vanligt rum som vi betalade svit för :( Rekommenderas ej! I övrigt bra sängar och fräscht!

Godt beliggende komfortabelt hotel

Hotellet er nyt og havde en rigtig god beliggenhed på White Sand Beach, men havde ikke adgang direkte til stranden. Flink hjælpsom personale. Mulighed for udlejning af mountainbike.

Ett hotell som vi tyckte va dåligt planerat,med en stor solterrass som man inte kommer åt och inga balkonger,var torkar man då alla badkläder.Frukosten var dålig och personalen där kunde ingen engelska,de va nog för lite gäster för frukosten dukades inte upp i restaurangen så någon bufe´blev det inte.Ett stort + för läget mot stranden som va fantastisk.

Nytt hotell uten strand og uteområder.

Koh Chang var som destinasjon rolig og langt mindre ødelagt og masete enn feks phuket og koh samui. DuTalay er et nytt og moderne designet hotell. Ligger sentralt og har i utgangspunktet det meste, men med et par vesentlige mangler. Dette er en murblokk med tredører og ingen lyd-dempende elementer og en stor glippe under døren. Det gjør at det dundrer og smeller hver gang noen lukker døra. Lytt mellom rom og etasjer. Wifi var ubrukelig og ved høyvann, som det var hele dagen, er det overhodet ingen strand. Ved lavvann må du bære ut solsengene selv, ingen takterrasse eller uteområde, intet pool. Passer for en natt eller to. Maks.

Helt ok hotell på stranden. Dock går tidvattnet ända upp till hotellet på dagen. Rummet bra, men lite struliga trappor som man måste gå upp och ned för. Frukosten ganska dålig. Våra kompisar bodde på mycket bättre resort-hotell på stranden för mindre pengar, så inte speciellt prisvärt.
