「Greetings & salutations,This is my 1st VRBO booking and there were no surprises other than, how big and fully stocked the kitchen was! The pictures do the place justice, great mattresses on all the beds. Great fire pit and decks. We ran out of Body wash and before you know it, Door dash dropped some off (thank you Beth!!)Definitely like being at a nice hotel, no stripping of beds, just run the dishwasher and take out the trash. Us old retired guys will be back next year for sure, thanks, RC」

「No ac just window units it was soooooo hot」

「What a pleasure! Both the accommodations and our Host! The home was on a very quiet street within walking distance of town. Exceptionally well appointed and very updated (in fact it appears to be brand new). Communication was great, we had zero issues. We were overjoyed with the coffee set up (we’re big coffee lovers), more choices for brewing than you can imagine! We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching deer and enjoying our coffee in the mornings. Very spacious and comfortable. Will...

「Great little spot!」

「We had a lovely stay and it was so nice for our dog as well. The Mountain Lake Cub had a doggy beach day on Saturday morning and it was a super fun experience. The host was friendly and responsive!」

「Was nice place」

「A very fine house perfect for 6 people. Kitchen nicely provisioned with all the essentials. Nice covered deck and parking for one car at the house. Excellent location near Harper’s Ferry and surrounding towns. Recommended.」

「The property is very pleasant and well taken care of. The host is easy to communicate with and promptly responds to your questions. The beds are very comfortable and the hot tub is very spacious.」

「Peaceful retreat! Lovely home!」

「Beautiful setting and a well and thoughtfully appointed home. An aside but helpful tip is that there are not any nearby convenience stores if you forget a little something, so come prepared. The space is comfortable and fun and the view is fantastic, the location is convenient for a lot of local attractions and activities, but we also would have been content to just hang at the house! A very relaxing vibe. We would definitely stay again, and would hopefully share with friends and family, the...

「It was a wonderful place to stay!! The house was clean and neat. The host was great to communicate with and did so in a timely manner. It was a great area to visit!!」

「Amazing stay! The amenities were wonderful and we had a great stay!」

「This is once again a terrible experience using a VRBO listing. We were contacted a few minutes to check-in that the cleaning staff were not done and ready for us to occupy. This was awful because we had been out and about all day and needed to clean up and freshen up because we had a show to attend in Shepherdstown at 5:30 pm. I told the contact we did not care if cleaning people were there we needed to get in at 4pm as promised and we would be gone in 40 minutes!!! but we need to get ready!...

「We were looking forward to our first visit to Harpers Ferry, unfortunately we left early. The house was clean but, the windows have only sheets curtains, therefore at night there’s no privacy, anyone can see you from the road. Also some windows don’t lock. We did receive 100.00 back towards the night we didn’t used.」

「The house was wonderful with everything you would need for a stay. It was located perfectly for walking in town. We could not be happier with our accommodations. Great house, great location, great experience. Highly recommended.」
