The Space:
NoKno Flats is made up of 2 buildings and 5 total apartments. There is parking available for all 5 units at the back of the property near the garage and mural. Street parking available as well.

Simple Serenity, Flat #1 sleeps 4 and is made up of 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds in each, 1 full bathroom in the master, and a 0.5 ensuite bathroom in the 2nd bedroom. The flat is very stylishly decorated and has numerous thoughtful touches throughout to make you feel right at home. The eat-in kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, as well as beautiful open shelving for a modern appeal. You will find all the basic cookware, dishes and flatware necessary to create delicious meals for evenings in, along with a K-cup coffee machine and toaster for mornings on the go. The living room is a spacious spot to kick back and watch your favorite shows on your personal streaming subscriptions.
It is a great setup for smaller groups, solo travelers, or couples who would like to be near downtown with some walkable amenities.

Great little place. Everything was nice and clean. It had everything we needed. If your a light sleeper bring a fan the street noise is loud but my fan drowned it out. Would definitely stay here again.

It was cute and clean and we enjoyed the close location to UT.

I probably didn’t read the description closely, buts it’s a 1.5 bathroom, not 2 full bathrooms. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again!

A Nice Place in Old North Knoxville, TN

The accommodations were wonderful. Enough space for 4 adults. Enjoyed the information on places to check out. We made it to the VERY popular Balter Beerworks, but well worth the wait for brunch!
