Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
Only 10 minutes to University of Tennessee if you want to catch a Vols game, 6 minutes to Downtown Knoxville, and only a few minutes to all the great food and breweries that South Knoxville has to offer.
If your intown to visit the all the fun The Smokies have to offer, this home will keep you out of the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge but only a 30 minute drive to Dollywood or 40 minutes to Gatlinburg.

UTK Graduation 2024!
This house had every the big we needed. We were able to have our breakfast and lunches here and then even had dinner one night in as well. The house was clean, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable too, we loved the game rooms! Thank you Chris! We would definitely try and rent it again if we come to Knoxville.

Met our needs and expectations!
Very clean, well appointed with some Nice extra touches! Our teens loved the game room and arcade games. Good location between Knoxville and Pigeon Forge and we went to both. Host was very responsive and professional. Fenced in yard would be great for pups but we left ours at home this time. Nice back deck and fire pit. Overall a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend to others!

Beautiful home just outside Knoxville
The home was extremely clean and tidy. The extras in the home for entertainment purposes were fun for the whole family. Plenty of stores for all your needs all within a few minutes of the home. The road for the neighborhood is kind of hidden and you really have to pay attention or you'll miss it. If you're looking for a nice home outside the busy city of Knoxville, this would be the one for sure! Amazing hosts that answered questions in a timely manner.

Welcoming property
This property was very convenient for our daughter’s wedding. Also, close to restaurants, downtown and grocery store. House was very clean and beds very comfortable. Kids loved all the games provided. Would definitely recommend.

Concert and Mountain Bike Trip
Not far from Downtown, not far from Bakers Creek. Good Breakfast spot at Aretha Frankensteins. House was clean and I'd call it an easy stay, it'd be great for a family with some kids, plenty of game room fun upstairs and in the garage.

Just Right
This property had all the comforts of home. It was close to shopping, restaurants and UT. The thoughtful details spread through out the home are a true reflection of the host's kindness. Fenced in backyard with fire pit. Short drive to Pigeon Forge and Smokey Mountains. Kids and adults enjoyed the arcade games!
