This apartment was in an amazing location, but to get the key its a bit of a hike. The drains in both our bathrooms didn't drain and ended up overflowing the shower. The glass door had been broken previously and a make shift curtain was used with zip ties. The place advertised for 5 people but only provided 4 shower towels. I used them to clean the overflow and did ask for more and why. The reply stated they would bring some by, but they never did.

The bedrooms were dark with hardly any natural light. The sitting room was comfortable. The kitchen tap was very loose. One bathroom sink cracked and partially blocked.
The apartment was in a good location which was good.

Great location. It does get noisy but you are in the middle of Temple Square so it is expected. We had a couple of small issues but host was quick to respond and address.
