No dish soap - we asked for it and only on the 4th day we finally received some.
No kitchen towels - provided only on the 3rd day.
Support bar in the shower was broken in a way that hit my head twice. I reported 3 times to repair - never did.
Lights in the dining room didn't work. I reported 3 times - never repaired
