"We book a room for 3 nights at the "6 Lovely Studios Hotel," in Ghent, Belgium, and arrived late in the day to find that the room was not as shown in the photos nor matched the printed descriptions -- NO windows, no city view, no heat, no clean sheets, and the upstairs' shared-kitchen and laundry was dirty, the fridge was packed full of rotting foods and nothing to cook with.
