The 40 square metre holiday apartment for 2 to max. 3 people with separate access is located on the ground floor of the owner's house on the 3600 square metre residential property on the outskirts of the village. It is equipped with a combined living/bedroom (sofa bed, sitting area, double bed, flat-screen TV, tiled stove), a separate kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bathroom (shower, bathtub, WC) and electric heating (night storage heater). There is a furnished terrace with barbecue facilities, storage space for bicycles and a car parking space. WLAN is also available. The total price includes water, energy and final cleaning. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site.



Lütgendorf is a small, quiet village in rural surroundings between the small towns of Waren/Müritz (15 km) and Teterow (20 km). It is on the edge of the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide nature park. Not far from the village are the Bergsee, Hofsee, Tiefen See and Flachen See lakes, a small chain of lakes with good conditions for fishing and swimming. Shopping facilities in the neighbouring village.
