"Als ich ankam, wurde ich zwei Stunden mit dem Schlüssel hingehalten und dann wurde mir von so einem komischen Call Center erklärt, sie haben die Schlüssel nicht und sie würden jetzt stornieren. Das wars dann ich musste mir spontan eine Unterkunft finden. Ich habe sowas noch nie erlebt, keine Ahnung, ob der Anbieter seriös ist und man dort tatsächlich nächtigen kann. Eine Zumutung!"

"Awesome spot here, large rooms which were very clean and modern with full kitchenette, amazing room for the price point. Would be nice to have a fan in the room on the warmer nights (there is a large door to the outside which can be left open securely, but there is a bit of noise outside when the window is open). Would have been good to have a few extra coffee pods and dishwasher tablets as we were staying for 4 days but only had enough for 1 day (they were available at reception on request). These are only minor improvement opportunities, I still give this place 5 stars!"
