Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es zu hören. Wenn vier Personen in der Wohnung sind kann die Klimaanlage nicht laufen das es im Wohnzimmer zu kalt wäre. Ansonsten eine schöne Wohnung in guter Lage, sehr ruhig gelegen."

Wir haben diesen ausgetauscht. - 2 Weingläser sind ein bissen weinig für die Menge an Gäste. - Die Terrasse is renovierungsbedürftig. Wir bekamen regelmäSig Splitter im Fuss. - Das Resultat des Geschirrspühlers ist nicht besonders gut. Sonnst war alle Prima! MfG, Frederik"

Some tips for the owner; better communication, sun shareds before the windows (especially the bed rooms on the front really get hot in the summer morning because of the sun), and many details need to be completed still (but we were not bothered at all). Over all we are very positive about the house and the location!"
