"This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and we were disappointed for the first time. It feels like things are being let go. Main restaurant isn't open for dinner so you either eat at the sports bar nearby or have to travel into a restaurant in George. We stay here for the golf, which is great but will probably go elsewhere next time around."

We saw so much on each drive and our guide Zede was fabulous. We stayed two nights but think three would have been better. So we are already planning to come back. "Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Easy access to Cango Caves and Meerkat experience. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Welcome drink and warm welcome on arrival. The only minor issue we had was that we noticed quite a few ants in our bedroom in the morning. We would still recommend this place to others."

"Everything EXCELLENT..only hassle seems to be coffee availability in dining room...boiling wster not available whern container runs out.. at least a minimum of 10min wait to replenish. LADIES in DINING ROOM constantly tidy& reset tables after use, but notice that young men are scarce when this needs to be done!"

"From the welcome we received to the farewell the level of personal service we received from the owners Albert and Elsa were unparalleled. Very tastefully decorated, spotless and in a beautiful location overlooking the river. We only stayed one night but will definitely return and stay longer. Loved our stay."
