"Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt und sollte dringen renoviert und saniert werden. Fußböden und Möbel sind aus den 1990iger Jahren. Auch wenn der Charme der Wendezeit etwas besonderes hat, muss man ihn nicht auf ewig konservieren. Schimmel im Bad und generell die ganze Wohnung (Linoleum) etwas klebrig. Die Küche haben wir auf Grund der mangelnden Sauberkeit nicht genutzt. Der Kühlschrank konnte für offene Sachen nicht genutzt werden. Kühlschrank sollte auch von innen gereinigt werden!"
