「The unit itself was clean & functional. What I disliked was I booked a unit with private pool & paid extra yet was unable to utilise the pool as it was very dirty with tissues & debris. The water & surface was also not clean. I did let them know & have followed up with a request for a refund of the extra I paid but no response over one week later…..」

Aside from the 4-star amenities and hospitality that rival that of hotels in big cities, the staff was the best part of the experience.
