「Lovely staff and hôtel 」

「As a frequent traveler around the world staying in 5 star hotels, this hotel ranks in the top 5 in my travels. The staff was highly accommodating and kind, the breakfast buffet top notch with a wide variety of food. The spa was so good and even better than many dedicated spa resorts (they had 4 different types of saunas!). Gym was brand new with a large selection of workout equipment and the wing of the hotel we stayed at was also brand new. They have a ton of activities for kids...

「The wait staff at the hotel restaurant was excellent. The amenities were great. Beautiful spa, close to the ski mountains and walkable downtown. The only complaint was poor WiFi connections.」
