In the only privately owned building on this 24-acre resort property you have access to amenities such as sports courts, a snack bar, and evening movies at the pool, all while staying in the comfort of a family owned and loved home. This is the ideal spot for your next family vacation on the Outer Banks!

Our views are spectacular because we are on the top floor – so although you’ll need to take some stairs to get there – the ocean views are worth it! You will love relaxing on the furnished deck, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, sip an evening glass of wine, or watch your friends and family in the pool below.

Spread out over two stories, this third-floor condo boasts an open, sunlit floorplan with a well-equipped full kitchen, a dining area with seating for six, and a cozy living room with a TV to stream your favorite channels. With two bedrooms (king and queen beds), a loft (two twin beds), and two full bathrooms - there is plenty of room for the whole family!

While on the property, be sure to take advantage of the wide variety of resort amenities that include volleyball, tennis, ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball, a large pool and sunbathing deck with many lounge chairs and tables (along with a separate kiddie pool for the little ones), a snack bar, and a picnic area for summertime barbecues! The beach is just steps away, and parents can relax in comfort knowing that there is an ocean lifeguard stand right on the property.

This home is convenient to the boardwalk (just a mile away) with many wonderful shopping and dining options. Enjoy live music by the sound and grab a treat from Duck Donuts or one of the many ice cream or fudge shops.   • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. This property is very clean and perfect for what we needed. Our host communicated perfectly. We didn't spend time by the pool, but it was only because we were at the beach, shopping, sightseeing & attending a wedding! The pool looked wonderful though!Many good restaurants close by and shopping was very relaxing and fun! We really enjoyed Scarborough Faire!Highly recommend!

Our family of 4 had the most wonderful time at this condo. Proximity to the beach and Duck town were a plus. Really enjoyed the sunsets (and sunrises) from the deck. Very responsive owner, will definitely book again if available.

Loved our stay

We had a great time, the home is comfortable and had everything we needed. In my opinion the building we stayed in is the best. It's right next to the pool and beach, perfect for our kids. We used the clubhouse and amenities..small gym with new equipment (gets the job done) I would recommend taking your own equipment if you play tennis or pickleball.

Beautiful Unit!

The property and unit was perfect for our family of 4. The kids had a blast hanging out in the loft area. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable, ac and Wi-Fi worked great as well. We also loved the proximity to the pool and beach. We were all very sad to leave and are already excited to book the exact property next year!

We could not have had a better experience. The unit and the complex were top notch. The condo we stayed in had the perfect location for access to the pool and beach. We will definitely be back.

Cute condo with the best view

We found this property to be ideal for our three member family. It has the best view and best location on property. There is construction going on and the seagulls loved to target my car (ha!) but it was a perfect stay for us. Duck is the best and there is so much to enjoy. The upstairs bed was super comfy. Would definitely stay again!
