Welcome to the Colman: As you enter, on the first floor, you will find a Queen Suite and a Twin bedroom, each with a full bath. Go up to the second floor to the expansive “great room” with a Living room, Dining room, and Kitchen. On the third level is a King Master suite, which offers views of sunsets over Currituck Sound. There is another Twin bedroom on that level. This arrangement of two bedrooms “up” and two bedrooms “down” makes the Colman Home perfect for two families to share. Extensive decks offer a wonderful space for entertaining and sunning. A separate screened porch with table and chairs allows for enjoying the outdoors and “al frescoe” dining, while protecting you from the elements. There is a 4th upper-level furnished “ships watch” area that’s perfect for games or reading.
Ships Watch amenities include easy walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100-yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as beautiful sunset views. The nearby town of Duck offers many small shops, stores, galleries, and restaurants.
