This house had everything we needed and the host was extremely accommodating. The access to the beach was our favorite part followed by the evening hot tub soaks. Comfortably slept 6 adults and would definitely return!

Great for our family

We enjoyed our stay. We ran into a couple of snags but they were there fixing the issues quickly. The place fit all 6 of us comfortably. It’s on the beach so just a quick walk over the dunes and you’re there. Beautiful view from top deck. Had everything we could possibly need and the owner was very responsive. I feel we will be back next year.

We had a wonderful week at Sunrise Paradise! The house was the perfect size for my family of 4. The beachfront location and amazing views made our vacation to Kitty Hawk extra-special! Joanna, Ken and Terry were friendly and responsive when we had a minor issue at the house. The kitchen equipment needs some updating, otherwise…highly recommend Sunrise Paradise!

Excellent Property

The home and location are fantastic. The house isn't perfect cosmetically but I have yet to find one in OBX that is. It had everything we needed except for one thing (keurig coffee maker). Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived. The a/c on the first floor wasn't working properly but someone had already been called, arrived promptly, were very friendly and got it taken care of quickly.The location was perfect. The beach was just over the dune with easy access. Every place we wanted to go was within a 15 minute drive. The hot tub was great and all contact with the host was very speedy and courteous.I would definitely consider renting this home again. Our family had a great time!

Not a good experience, ok location

Location is nice right on the beach. Road is very close in the back and is loud with traffic, especially garbage trucks all hours of the night. WiFi did not work and it took several days to figure it out. Many amenities were not as listed such as no jetted tub, no blender, no ice maker and no beach chairs. Bathrooms were not stocked with soaps or toilet paper. Bedding was stained, unmade beds upon arrival, some bedding was missing. Seems cleaning crew is not on top of presentation.

We came in town for a wedding. This was a nice place to get away and relax. Loved the beach views from the kitchen table and couch. Home was very clean and everything was as described. We were able to see the sunrise 3 mornings which was beautiful. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful few days at this property! It was just as listed and is in a great location directly on the beach. Just a short walk up over the dune each morning to the ocean. The morning view from the decks is amazing. Evenings in the hot tub are the perfect way to end the day. We hope to visit again next summer.

Peaceful & convenient oceanfront stay!

This property was better than the description! Beautiful house on the beach that has breathtaking views. Nothing like enjoying a cup of coffee, on a spacious deck, as a pod of wild dolphins swim by. Property manager was very kind and answered any and all questions promptly.

Great location, amazing sunrise

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Sunrise Paradise. The name suits it well. The house was clean and met our needs. I usually prepare a few meals at "home" and found that some of the kitchen supplies (pans, etc) need to be updated. It was a relaxing vacation and the proximity to the ocean was exactly what we were looking for.
