Downstairs, there is plenty of parking space in the driveway along with 2 carports for covered parking. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse the sand off after a long day of playing on the beach. Enter the home through the covered porch on the first level. A cozy living area is the perfect place to gather around with your family and plan out your day. A fully stocked kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a delicious meal and the dining table makes a great spot for family dinners. To really embrace the classic cottage experience, step outside on your oceanfront covered deck and spend the day soaking in that ocean breeze.

When it's time to retire for the evening, choose between one of four relaxing bedrooms. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms each featuring a comfortable Queen bed. Upstairs, you'll find two rooms with Queen Beds and a Loft with 2 Twin Beds to provide plenty of sleeping options for the whole family! All bedrooms have access to a full bathroom on the first level.

For a fun family outing, challenge yourself at OBXscape Rooms in Southern Shores, bring on the competition at Turf's Up indoor sports arena in Kitty Hawk, or enjoy a relaxing game of putt-putt at Paradise Golf & Arcade. Take a day trip up to Corolla to see the wild Mustangs roam the beach or visit Hatteras Island to the South to see historic sites like the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, Chicamacomico Lifesaving Station and the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum.
