Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment, had a great stay! Only thing to mention the beds are two single beds and move around a lot but apart from that everything else was great! It is also in an ideal location close to the slopes and everything within the Levi Ski resort.

This place was amazing. So clean on entry and everything you could possibly need is in the apartment. For the price we paid we couldn’t have asked for anything else. They even had toboggans in the hallway for you to use and return! Only slight issue is that you can hear every movement from other people outside in the morning but wasn’t an issue for us because we were so tired from the day!

Amazing family property

I stayed here for 4 days with my wife and 2 children. It is absolutely spotless, a great location, has a big tv with all the modern streaming services so we could log into our usual channels. My wife hasnt stopped talking about the dryer which is essential if you are here to dry off your clothes. Fantastic location. There isn't a huge amount of space to store your clothes / suitcase but this is a minor quibble. The property more than exceeded our expectations 10/10

Excellent location, everything you need for a ski holiday. Kitchen perfect , bring your own teabags and sugar then you only need grab some milk, washing machine to wash your own towels and large drying cupboard (bring a couple of washing tablets no hardship) Sauna in bathroom perfect for aching legs after skiing , english tv , only downside was the noise from the bowling until midnight and the uncomfortable beds but i find that in every ski resort the beds are always the same.

Amazing location in the city centre of Levi. You have everything at your doostep, slopes, cross-country tracks, restaurants, shops and bus stops. The appartment is well equiped with a nice modern kitchen. The bathroom has a private sauna which we've really enjoyed after days of winter activities. The staff at the reception was very helpful and shared with our tips for our stay in Levi including where we can go look for northern lights. Some of the furniture was a little old and the bed could be more comfortable but overall is great value for money. I would book again if visiting Levi.

Great view of the ski slopes from our room (A2), we could lie on the bed and watch the skiers! The apartment was perfect for our needs, it was really clean, it had good kitchen facilities, a sofa, a sauna, and it was really warm. The girls at reception were very helpful too.

All in all a good place to stay if you’re visiting Levi, just don’t forget to bring your keys out of the house, if not after hours you might not be able to find anyone to open the door for you.

The location is very convenient right by the slopes and tracks. Restaurants and shops are right outside your door too. The apartment is very adequate, some wear and tear, sauna is a nice plus. I was in B apartments and you do hear the noise from the bowling alley a fair amount! At the moment, because of corona restrictions, they shut at 10pm but if it was open normally I might not stay here. Otherwise I had an enjoyable stay!

Nice location with friendly staff

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodated us for early check in. We requested for around 12 pm check in but got checked in around 2:30 pm which we believe was fair enough considering the situation. We stayed there for two days (7th, 8th Dec,2017) and it was nice and comfortable. We planned to leave early at 6 am and we checked from the reception about the process and they told us to drop of the key cards and garage opener in the drop box. Unfortunately the only one lift they have at hotel stopped working in the evening. In the morning around 6am when we walk down the stairs with our luggage from the 3rd floor we landed outside at the rear of the hotel. Luckily I was with my young sons and they managed to carry the suitcases in the snow to the front of the hotel. The front door was also locked and didn't open from inside either after my wife tried it from inside. I had to walk down the garage ramp to open the garage with remote and drove my car to the front to load the stuff. The front door also didn't open so my wife also had to walk around from the rear of the hotel with hand bags in the snow. The whole process of getting out with lots of luggage and with lift not working no straight access to garage and with front and side doors locked it was a horrible experience of checking out early morning with no one around to guide or support. It delayed us for over 45mins and was very upsetting.

Love the Levi Gold Suites. Place was spotless and clean. The best possible location with regards to access to the lift and surrounding restaurants and bars. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Majoituspaikka vastasi hyvin odotuksia. Sijainti on loistava ja huoneisto, jossa majoituimme oli hyvin hiljainen ja rauhallinen. Huoneisto oli yleisilmeeltään varsin siisti. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Erityisen upeaa oli tulopäivän aikaisen sisäänkirjautumisen onnistuminen! Pieni miinus keittiön varustelusta. Esimerkiksi uunivuokaa tai -peltejä ei huoneistossa ollut ja kauhoja yms. olisi voinut olla pari kappaletta enemmänkin.
