The overall property isn’t terrible; it’s spacious, and exactly as the photos show. However, there’s some issues, the property looks isn’t clean- it’s tidy, but not clean. There’s only one trash in the entire unit, the front door is very hard to open, especially from the inside and the people who live upstairs are constantly smoking weed- as soon as you enter the unit, you’re hit INSTANTLY, with the smell of weed. As well, there’s only one parking spot, so I highly recommend parking across the street in visitor parking if you don’t want a ticket. Overall, it’s a solid 5/10.

This places is ok. First i would like to saying that description on the web is in correct to stay here is in basement and that's not mention in the website. Second rooms furniture was not clean like it has to be, third in all of the house their were only one trash can and that's in the kitchen only, fouth food was left behind in refrigerator and it was smelling really bad for few minutes we couldn't breathe in that room. For the house thire is only one heating and cooling controller and that was upstairs and we can't control it. In bedrooms both bed making squishy noise even with infant laying on it. They need to update on website saying rooms available but in Basment. This is the first time we had this kind of experience.

The host was fine and the place was quiet and i can see this place has a lot of potential, if done right. The beds were clean but extremely hard and uncomfortable. The dining area can only seat 2 and we were 3. The shower head had calcium buildup it was disgusting and the matt in the shower not very hygienic. This place needs a major clean up and fresh paint the walls had splashes of food or whatever it was beside the stove there was food or some kind of liquid spilled and not cleaned up and a weird odor coming from bathroom and that horrible cologne that was sprayed the day we got there took hours before we could breath right with my daughter who has asthma it wasn't ideal. The apartment was cold even with all the heaters on, not to mention the entrance was dangerous with all the ice hanging from the house and trying to make our way to the door, but like i said it has potential and no problem with the host. So in short, great responsive host but average place.
