The one-bedroom legal basement apartment offers a separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen, en suite washer & dryer and ample parking on the double driveway. Located on a wide, tree-lined street, parking is also available on the street. The peaceful backyard is fully fenced and offers lots of fruit trees and grape vine, table & chairs.
    There is a double size bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped.160TV channels and high-speed internet are available for your use. If you are looking for a quiet place with lots of blooming flowers and a nice backyard, in a mature neighborhood, you came to the right place.
