Great customer service, easily accessible, friendly staff, however, the room was extremely hot both during the day and at night, management should consider installing cooling systems or fans in the room.

No ocean view, noisy, rooms were disappointing, no hot water, wifi was not working and there was poor communication during check in, in regards to expedia pricing vs property management wanting to charge and additional amount for the amount.
