- The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week
- Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed

Pics can be deceiving

The management company communicated well. No issues there. The place was clean, too, so no issues there either. I will say, though, that the home and the entire neighborhood is tired. Based upon the photos I expected something much nicer. So kudos to whoever took them, it really shows the property in the best light. For example, the pool is quite small 9x17ish but you wouldn’t think that based upon the pic. All in all it was fine but i would choose another place if i had to do over again. Sorry, owner, just my honest opinion.
