"This was a great place for our family of 6 to stay. We had seamless no contact check in instructions, the place was very clean when we got there and the house if very roomy. It is close to shopping and Disney which was the main reason we came to the area. It is only a little over an hour to Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach so we did a day trip there too. We were very comfortable with the amenities and it was like being at home."

Wonferful house!

The house is Huge and offered so much space that my kids insisted on sleeping in every room each night! We stayed late April and hot the pool heated and waa worth every penny( the neighbors didnt and regretted it). Quick drive to the parks and is near so much more( petting farm, medieval times, resturants galore) we will be back!

Short weekend stay

This property was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. We had an issue with the fire alarm and they were out in 10 minutes to correct the issue!! Couldn’t have asked for better service. Their check in was very detailed!

Was a very nice and clean house - the pool wasn’t filtering so it was filled with bugs so not usable….one garbage bag and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is fine, but definitely needed more which of course we bought. Why wouldn’t you have more than one garbage bag? that’s odd seeing you would want them to clean up as much as possible.super clean though, game room was awesome and the beds were comfy.All in all it was a good stay

Beautiful Home

This property was very nice for me and my family...My children and family really enjoyed the pool/view of the lake....The gated neighborhood was very nice and quiet...This home wasn't far from shopping centers like Walmart or any food restaurants...Wouldn't mind booking this home again in the future we loved it.

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed this home and the pool very much! It was a nice and quiet neighborhood and any concerns we had were addressed by the property manager. We were a family of 6 (boys aged 11, 9, 7 & 3), and my sister, brother-in-law, and their 2 year old came the next day. The house accommodated our families wonderfully with a room to spare. The kids enjoyed the game area in the garage which also had its own A/C unit and TV. They also had fun with the pool toys that were available.

Fun, comfy, cozy and convenient for families

This house was very well kept and clean upon arrival. The layout of the house was great for my family of 8; 5 of which were children and loved the bunk beds and gaming room. It was very comfortable and spacious with everything on one level. It’s the perfect location to access FL main park attractions. My only criticism is of the pool area. That was the only area that appeared a bit dirty because of the dust, spiderwebs and pollen collecting on the furniture and tables. Otherwise loved the house and would love to book the same location for future trips!

Good but needs a few things to make it great!

We had a bumpy start- the gate code was inaccurate, house needed a good vacuum upon arrival (open safety pin, 20+ hair elastics, wrappers, etc found on carpets and under couches), very damp towels found in closet storage, missing shower door (brrr!). After an indifferent response re: gate code, we cleaned up and carried on. The kitchen is very well stocked with pans, dishes, etc. All appliances work well and the games room was a bonus! A binder with instructions re: garbage/recycling days/guidelines, garburator use, locking the front door, etc. would be helpful. Bed pillows could use replacing, they are all very flat. We had a great week enjoying the weather and the pool, it was nice to get away somewhere warm.

Great stay

This villa was a great place to call home for our 6 week stay. After a little hiccup when we arrived, with the front door not locking (which was fixed immediately), great service, we settled in quickly. Knowing the area well we know it would be a good location for us, and the villa was spacious enough for our extended stay. The villa throughout was very clean and tidy. There were plenty of towels, and outdoor ones too. The air con was easy to control, which in the height of summer made it a pleasant stay, as we’ve had issues before in other rentals. There was plenty of dining utensils, plates and glasses, but the villa had no basic pantry items like salt and pepper, which we’ve had at other rentals. The outside was a lovely space to hang out and relax, but we did have to discard a few old swimming earplugs and plasters. The pool itself was also in need of a vacuum at the bottom, but pool maintenance came straight out when this was raised. All in all we had a lovely stay, and would recommend this villa to our friends and family.

Family vacation

The house was very clean and comfortable. Management was very quick to response and took actions to accommodate our needs during our stay.____My reason for 3 stars was because I subtract one star for pool heating. I requested pool heat during our stay and gladly paid for it. Once I received the contract it says that pool heat shuts off at 10:00 pm every night or below 55 degree F. And it takes 18-24 hours to heat the pool back to 85 degrees. Well, I asked for the heated pool so we can use it on our time and not to the management time slot. Apparently the pool heat shuts off at 8:00 pm and not at 10:00 pm and it’s never reached 85 degrees if shut it off in December.____Second star was taken because per you email is set between 72-78 degrees. Well I tried to change the thermostat to 78 degrees but its limit was set to 76 degrees.____I felt the pool heat and other simple temperature control by the Managet was simple bait and switch scheme. Hopefully the management can simply address these simple issues and make the stay for every guest enjoyable without dictating how they should enjoy their stay in the beautiful home.____Thanks

Overall everything was good. They did state in my informational email that if they needed to push back check in time for cleaning they would let me know. Check in was at 4pm we got there and there was a car in the driveway at 3:50pm. We waited until 4 thinking maybe it’s the cleaning person and they will come out. At 4pm we went into the house and there was a cleaning person and a little girl with her.

Great Place Close to Everything

This was a great place for our family of 6 to stay. We had seamless no contact check in instructions, the place was very clean when we got there and the house if very roomy. Terrible house and management company iTrip.

Our trip to this house was a disaster. We arrived a month after Hurricane Milton. I wrote to iTrip to confirm the house was in good order after Hurricane Milton and I was assured that it was. When we arrived the netting surrounding the pool was destroyed, with some netting panels missing and some shredded. The managers denied that this was a problem at first, then said they would make repairs but did not give a timescale. We vacated the property and paid for alternative accommodation after one day. iTrip refuses any refund and we had to make a chargeback on our credit card to recover our costs. iTrip are a terrible company. Avoid them at all costs.

We Felt At "Home"

The property was nice and clean, I mean ultra clean. I can honesltly say I have not rented a vacation property that has matched this level of high quality cleanliness. The carpets were in pristine condition. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. Loved that the lawn was well manicured. The size of the home was wonderful to accommodate me, my 2 kids and my mother. My kids loved the game room, though the Roku in this area was inoperable due to the remote not working. There were plenty of normal sized towels but a few more face cloths to match that number would be helpful. Homes are SUPER close. It was too cold for is to swim but I doubt we would have felt comfortable doing so with the next pool area being just steps away. Please update picture captions. One picture specifies a bedroom as downstairs, and another picture is specified as an upstairs bedroom. Still nice and spacious, but the captions had me thinking it was a 2 story home prior to arrival. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Very quiet neighborhood but only 20 mins from all theme parks and 10-12 mins from Walmarts, target and restaurants. Host was quick to respond to any inquiries during our stay. Easy check in and out. I would highly recommend this property for your stay.
