窓の無い部屋でしたが、気になりませんでした。

気持ち良く滞在させて頂きました。お盆の時期だったので、普通はもっとゆっくり出来るのでしょう。

We spent 2 nights in our first visit to Kiso-Fukushima and we had a wonderful time at this onsen. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast and dinner were great as well. If you’re looking for a down to earth experience I’d suggest this Onsen. We will be back…

Everything was very clean and the staff were helpful in checking me in. I let them know in advance I would be late and they guided me. It was also useful to have a convenience store nearby.

My family loved our stay here. The free drink bar and dining area were great! We loved the mineral bath too. Highly recommend this hotel and village.

Nice quiet place, No one in onsen and had it alone. Water was just right at 40 degrees Celsius. Breakfast was not crowded at all, very few people around, very pleasant, river and trees next to windows. Great view of river and mountains from room. Small hotel. Drinks were available all day and evening. Water cooler tanks available on each floor. Very reasonable price for large room.

Great place. As billed. Food was meh. Onsen was fantastic. If you’re a guy, you get access to a big barrel sauna. If you’re a gal, you’re out of luck—their culture, their rules. Nice place though. Great rooms, any amenities you can imagine available for use—robes, slippers, air purifiers, humidifiers, even little bitty crocs for kids. Good location, short stroll to Kozenji Temple. Overall I’d recommend it.

Great option for your Nakasendo trail experience. Beautiful town. Be sure to walk around the temples and find the weeping cherry blossom (I think this was the name).

Japanese style inn with foreign friendly features

Great location for exploring Kiso Valley and the Nakasendo Trail. Hotel is Japanese style with Onsen and tatami rooms, but also private baths and western amenities. Great view of the local river from most or all rooms.

Very comfortable stay. Special dinner each night amazing. We stayed for four nights and different dinners each night. Lots of nice little touches that made our stay more comfortable, like umbrellas in the foyer for use during the rain, and free tea, coffee and soft drink

This hotel surpassed expectations from a service and amenities standpoint. It was easy to find and there were plenty of dining options nearby. We had a family of 6 split into 2 rooms and they were kind enough to provide 2 rooms that were beside each other for us.

Great place to stay in Kiso!

Low key ryokan with onsen. Big rooms, good breakfast, nice amenities, and free drinks all day. Comfortable and welcoming. Great value for your money! Highly recommend.

Decent stay. Staff was very nice. Indoor Osen was pleasant. Rooms had a gorgeous view, but bed was not very comfortable. Good stop for Nakasendo trail, but expensive for what it is in my opinion.

Our room was on the 4th floor right above the river. Sitting in the enclosed balcony was divine. We enjoyed the onsen (Japanese hot pools) and we enjoyed dinner with red wine for a very reasonable price.
