「Great view if you like a cricket. It was supposed to be a four-star hotel, but there was no box tissue or shampoo.」

「There were faeces in the toilet, and the bowl was disgustingly filthy. The duvet cover and the spoons were dirty. Because the housekeepers had finished their shift, the receptionist had to clean the toilet bowl and change the duvet. I've stayed at this hotel before in the same room and it was spotless, hence my return there. I definitely won't be staying there again.」

「Greeted by a pleasant stain member. Flat was clean. Secure parking is a plus. Things could be improved if they had the following, welcome pack giving WiFi details etc, better equipped kitchen I.e tea towel, bin and more crockery, bathroom could do with bath mat and bedroom could do with bedside cabinet with bedside lamp 」

「Terrible communication before arrival led to delayed check in and was the cause of great frustration after a long drive. No understanding or apology from the property management, completely opposite response from hotels.com who did their best to resolve the issue and were very understanding. Entering the property we discovered a loudly beeping smoke alarm which we had to take down and remove the battery to stop the annoying sound. 「So i irrived to a bed. Good start. Anne franks attick would be the ritz compared to this. Tv didn't work, heater didn't work, dispite me being advised to plug it in by the lady on reception. This turned out to not be a problem as she worked out how to put the heating on permanently for the next 2 day. Breakfast on the 1st morning wasn’t something id normally spend 7 quid on as it leaked oil from everywhere, i didn't have a 2nd Breakfast as the other guest sitting with his 4 pint cans of Stella...

「I didn't have breakfast. However, whilst the room was tidy the pillows were like concrete blocks. Also the bathroom had damp and fungus because they dont have an extractor fan. The room also are in need of decoration. I paid £89 and i wouldnt say it was worth £30. Disappointed. Whilst the lady on reception was polite and courteous i wont be staying there again. I work in Leeds a few times a year so i will put this on my 'do not use' list of properties.」

「This hotel is a WOW!!!! Looks beautiful, is beautiful. Fabulous Victorian architecture. Weve never stayed before, and I booked due to seeing it has been refurbished, and the reviews are so good. We booked a standard room, it was clean, fresh, quiet. Lots of complimentary extras in the room, which has far exceeded anywhere else we've stayed at. Breakfast fabulous. Would highly recommend . Fabulous!!!!」
