「I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the space. While not lavishly furnished, the bed and furniture was quite comfortable. The host was very responsive to the few questions I had. Definitely a good place to stay for a solo traveller or couple.」

「The unit is conveniently located to both Redmond and Kirkland. There are shops, restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The area has plenty of walking trails. The unit is spacious and comfortable but slightly dated. The host was gracious and helpful. Something to consider is the steep steps (17) up to the unit, and both bedrooms are upstairs (another 15 steps). Parking is included but tight.」

「Blown away by rooftop setup and loved the place overall」

「This home and property is absolutely beautiful. Shawn was a great host. Highly recommend this property.」

「The house was perfect for our family gathering. We all came from out of state to attend a wedding. The whole house is set up spaciously with uncluttered decor. It was clean, comfortable and the bathrooms are large and spa-like. The beds were very comfortable. Our dog had access to a fenced in backyard and we were able to relax knowing he was happy. 「The house was great for our family. Quiet neighborhood but easily accessible to the U District and other neighborhoods without having to get on the freeways. Rooms were all big and beds comfortable. Host was great at communicating and providing rules for the home.」

「Lived here for a month. Wish I could have stayed longer. Had all needed amenities. Was all great.」

「The house was fantastic! And I just loved the location. For anyone this is a perfect spot near a very walkable grocery store and restaurants. I absolutely love it.I can highly suggest anyone to rent this location. Only one small issue… The “check out” instructions online doesn’t match the written instructions inside. So my brother and I fallowed the written instructions on the inside.」

「This was a great place to stay for our family trip! We came to Seattle area for the 4th of July with 5 kids and 1 dog! We needed someone close enough to and from Seattle but out of the crazy city. This was perfect. The fenced dog area was perfect for our dog, the kids loved the basketball court! Yes the freeway is near by and you could hear it when you’re outside, but didn’t affect us one bit! I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay. We will be back!Thank you again...
