"We have stayed at the Milton Hill House Hotel on numerous occasions and will be returning. The rooms in the Garden Wing are generally well appointed if just a little lacking in space. The breakfast was excellent as always. The leisure facilities are generally good though on this occasion the hot tub was only partially filled with water hence it was unusable. It would have helped if we had been told this at reception. One has to go to reception to sign in to the leisure centre and collect towels; we weren't reminded of this when we checked-in to the hotel.This is a little inconvenient given the distance one has to walk especially when one is dressed ready for swimming. The price we paid still represented good value. See you on Dec 5th and we hope the hot tub is fixed by then."

"The room was clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast was lovely choices, although the juice glasses were tiny so had to have 2 or 3 glasses and fried egg was a bit plastic. Swimming pool was a nice size for my capabilities. Didn't use the children's pool. The only bad thing about it was the prices for alcohol was a bit high and you are joking at the £33 cheeseburger or any dinner prices?"
Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House

"We came to the Norton Park 3 years ago and returned because it was so excellent. Whereas the hotel is still amazing, standards have slipped unfortunately. There are a small number of staff that have so much potential but lack management guidance. The grounds are magnificent but the fabulous woodland walk that was there 3 years ago has become overgrown so the walks we had with our dog were contained more to the manor house and hotel which was a shame. We also missed the rope swing that hung from the bought of the tree by the pond. Would still recommend"
