"My recent stay at this hotel was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. 1. I was placed in a room with no heat or air in the middle of winter. I spent the entire first night freezing because I assumed I was doing something wrong. The next morning, the front desk informed me that the room should have been out of order and never assigned to a guest. 2. I was checked out after the first night of my two‑night stay without my permission. They claimed it was a mistake, but because they had already issued a refund for the second night, I was forced to pay for that night again and wait five days for my own money to be returned. That is completely unacceptable. 3. When I arrived after a long trip, the lobby bathroom was out of order, so I couldn’t even use the restroom before checking in. Despite all of these issues — the freezing room, the billing mistake, the inconvenience, and the hotel’s own admitted errors — I was offered absolutely no compensation. Not even an apology that felt sincere. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was an underwhelming, uncomfortable, and frustrating experience from start to finish. "

First impression is the most important ."

"Staff were amazing!!! Both the gentleman working first shift and the lovely lady working second were awesome. There were things outside of their control, like literally no mattress on a room that advertises a sofa bed (She went above and beyond to get us something for my son to sleep comfortably in) it was very disappointing that we paid for this room and did not have that bed available."

"The toilet was broke as soon as we got there the room was raggly and old bed slept terrible and the neighbors party till 6:00 in the morning keeping us up all night even after calling the office it did not stop they do have a hot breakfast if you can eat it a biscuits were like rocks no orange juice no meat or pancakes and this was an hour before the breakfast buffet was over definitely do not stay there and I will never go back to a Red carpet inn"
